OP, an Irish girl that I hooked up with while she was visiting the US taught me a very valuable lesson that I never even thought about prior to that.
Like you, before I used to say similar things that sounded wishy washy, open ended, non definite without ever really giving it thought. I had a discussion around some of my text with her and I told her I thought I was being assertive. She pointed out that I wasn't due to the things I pointed out above and that she was turned on by guys that were assertive and corrected me on how to sound more like it.
Take your example:
" If you would like to get together again Let me know what your schedule is like!I'm pretty flexible!" - Although proactive, it doesn't really souind definite and you're leaving things open.
"I would like to see you again. What does your schedule look like?" - Subtle but more assertive and definite, and you aren't portraying that you're free just waiting around for her.
Just changing those subtle things can help you.

OP- try to read what I am about to type with a open mind.
1.) Drop the exclamation points in your texts to women. It comes off way too eager.
2.) You basically just told her that you dont have anything going on in life/will drop whatever you have going on to see her again by saying "I'm pretty flexible" and "Just let me know when youre available". You probably didnt realize it, but that is exactly what a woman sees when she reads that. It also screams that you have no other options with other women in your life, which is a big turn off to women.
"Hey you. Last night was fun. I have some free time coming up so let me know what your schedule looks like and we can try hanging out again".
Thats all you needed to say. Its not thirsty, its not eager, its direct and clear. Its leading instead of absorbing whatever she will try to throw at you (including not messaging back).
