When she contacts you, you either ignore her or say"Oh, you didn't seem as interested, I am already seeing someone now. "Nothing more.
If you really are seeing someone else, that's even better. She pissed you off and any casual sex you'll have with her will be for a bad reason.
Plus, if she's only suddenly not interested, she probably found someone else. Maybe she'll give you herpes or something. Let her go.

To me, a woman who bangs me everytime i see her, shes trying to get promoted... Like, she wants a greater slice of my time and its hard to deny... When you outright deny, you didnt say "Hey, I like this, lets keep this going" you said "No".

And when she done her first pull back she came back and started maging and calling me like she wss really needy. I was genuine and responsed.
And the last time i seen her she **** she tells me she misses me etc. Then after that she goes cold flakes and ignores me . And she just uploaded a snap with another guy . Shes just very disrespectful and rude

I get your point but as i said, if you didnt like her you wouldnt care about her going silent or posting some snap with other dude. So what if she does that? Youve fvcked her multiple times and shes not your gf so win win. It is ok, I get it. I would have done the same before. What the men are trying to tell you is to optimize your resources. Ultimately you want to have a nice piece that behaves well. Any efforts to correct this one could have been invested into the larger goal instead. You still have to do the work to get another nice piece going, after using time and energy on this one that will not work out.
