I am not an MD, so check it out yourself well. The suggested benefits are presented as safe for the liver and don't convert to estrogen and don't trigger any shutdown. I did not find anything to suggest that those claims are not true. Makes a huge diff in several body functions. The only caveat I know of is you need to do dedicated cardio several times a week, hard cardio, running as there is a slight impact on circulation. No big deal... but just read and investigate. Hard cardio will/should more than counter it.

Try all the natural way first, just search the threads as that topic pops up from time to time. If nature doesn't do it, this can be a decent solution. If it doesn't fix the issue, ask more questions as there are other angles to take.

Just reading this sentence alone shows me you nothing about TRT nor have you educated yourself. You also don't mention PCT which is IMO more important. Remove the thought of taking it till you not only educate yourself to the gills on TRT & PCT but also change your lifestyle and diet first and foremost.

It truly amazes me how easy people will inject themselves without educating themselves first. This is one of the last places I'd ask about TRT. Go post on forums more well suited for the information you seek.

I've never been tested. I take (not inject) supplements mainly one called "Triumph" but it's expensive AF. It says to take 2 a day I only take one unless I'm working out then I take 2. I'm about to workout in about 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..I'll build another playlist while I workout (Mondays are playlist-building days), it provides the motivation to getter done. Motivation (when you know you could be lazy) is just a matter of thinking about how guilty you'll be/feel if you don't workout over the next 2-3 hours. I mean, as of this morning I looked and felt fit AF in the mirror. I was down to 176 this morning. I'll never get to 170 for the rest of my life I suppose, just have too much muscle at 6'2." I can't even break 175 - haven't for many years since 2012 I'd say. No matter how much I sweat, it ain't budging past 175. The NoFap is definitely cutting me a little more though I believe. It's just biological.

Not sure how it is in the UK, but new regulations in the US make it extremely difficult to get HCG now. Without HCG, your testicles will atrophy.

There's talk about Gonadorelin or Kisspeptin being a suitable replacement for HCG but I have my doubts.

I'm actually glad I delayed my decision to jump on TRT otherwise I'd have to fork over huge amounts of money for HCG or Gonadorelin.

You definitely need to consult your doctor, this is not a decision to be taken lightly.

Who are you trying to kid bro?

Nobody gets a great physique from a "mild" test boost. That doesn't even make sense. First off T is only one of the hormones that affects physique ans not even necessarily the most important.

IGF-1 and GH might be more important overall for physiques.

Secondly, this is not something you just randomly do. If you go this route it is a permanent decision. As in you will be doing this the rest of your life. Your body will not be able to recover and make it's own T anymore after a certain length of time.

If this guy is taking those types of things, they aren't mild doses. They are likely supraphysiological doses. Nobody is going to get jacked going from 500 to 800. It just doesn't happen. If he got jacked he might be going from 500 to 3000. But Test tends to bloat people so that might not even be what he is on. Tren is an extremely strong steroid that could get someone jacked quickly but it can come at a huge price...I tried adding microdoses of Tren into my TRT and I almost went into kidney failure. That sh!t is nothing to play with. Also many people use multiple steroids like Test/Tren/Deca/Winstrol/etc in combination with each other.

This is the type of stuff that drives me crazy. People treat this sh!t like its some game. It's no game bro. You better do your research and have a plan of action and ensure you are willing to face the risks. There is a chance even if you do everything right and cycle on and off properly and take all the precautions on cycle that your T levels never recover naturally and you will need to be on TRT for life. I made that decision 7 years ago and it's worked out well for me but I didn't do it cause I saw some dude at the gym with a nice physique. I dis it because my T levels were in the crapper and I was busting my ass at the gym and couldn't lose belly fat. Hard to do that when your T levels are at 150...

Also if you are having a problem with morning wood I would put money your problem is you have Estrogen Dominance not an issue with T. T doesn't really play into erections that much. When your Estrogen levels are too high in correlation to your progesterone levels that when you have erection issues. I'd recommend a bio identical progesterone cream...start using it and within a week you should start getting c0ck splitting erections again...

Implement a no soy, no processed foods, no porn, no masturbation ritual into your life. Exercise. See how your morning wood is doing. Watch this all for 3-6 months and test your T.

Once u get on TRT, it's for a life. As the poster above me said it shuts down natural T production so you become dependent on TRT.

Many foods can increase your T, though not as much.
Get foods high in zinc

I'm in my upper 40's and do everything I can to try to maintain or raise my testosterone naturally. There's a lot of info out there.

I would advocate to try to do it naturally first. As others said TRT shuts down natural T production so you will always be dependent on it. Not to mention the ongoing costs associated with it.

One thing I've tried that worked for me is D-Aspartic Acid supplement. This is the base ingredient in a lot of those "testosterone booster" supplements out there. It may or may not work for you as results can vary. Research has shown it only works in older males that's already had low T levels. For those with good T levels and that work out a lot, or are young, it has had minimal effect.

This has taken away that exhaustion feeling I used to have and gave me more energy. It also help me keep lean and I've noticed a difference in my muscle tone. I have also noticed that no more hair falls out when I take showers. One side effect is that you may have to take a crap 2-3 times a day.

So besides eating good, D-Aspartic acid(cycled 2 weeks on, 1 off), ZMA(zinc, magnesium, vitamin b), good multi-vitamin tailored to men(Rainbow has worked great), Vitamin D(for cloudy days or winter time) has done the job for me.
