Men: Our lust is our greatest enemy. We get a decent girl that treats us like a king....the only issue is that her looks is 2pts below our SMV. Her body is meh and her face is ehhh. She is a 5.5/10 and we are a 7.5/10. We are secretly dissatisfied and we dump her. We are thinking maybe we can do better. This is ultimately a problem of lust and ego.


Woman: She gets tons of attention. She knows she is an 7/10 but gets dozens of date offers a week. She meets a really cool nice guy who likes her and treats her like a queen. She likes him.....but the only problem is that he is only a 7/10 and she believe she deserves the 9/10 Chad she slept with last month. She is openly dissatisfied and ghosts him. Maybe she can do better. This is ultimately a problem of narcissism and ego.

There is plenty of blame to go around. Every guy has been in the above scenario. We are less guilty of this than women are but we are still guilty nonetheless. We have all let a decent girl slip away because she wasn't quite up to our physical standards. Then we complain of SS about girls being trash.

Same here. I am a big believer of blaming yourself first. The external world reflects your internal world. Men should take accountability for their situations. We should not blame women without also reflecting on our own behaviors. To be masculine is to be able to confront our issues. Women live in delusion. Not men. Women are crappy because men are crappy. I hardly ever view porn in my 40s, but when I do, it's usually a REAL couple, maybe even newlyweds. I never watch 'staged' porn, so it really wouldn't even be called porn. I don't care how grainy it is but just hearing the way the wife/girlfriend calls her boyfriend's name (you can already tell how their relationship is - superficial or at a distance). I'm going to admit that I felt I "settled" but in return it's turned out to be a very good life for me and I get treated like a king as my wife has natural beauty(plain by some standards), low maintenance, and does have a heart of gold.

Looks fade so as long as her mother looks decent for her age, she has a heart of gold, selfless and non-narcissistic, she takes care of herself. These are good traits to look for in a LTR.

The number one flaw for us guys is that we are all visual creatures and want the best looking women. But once again, this is a temporary mirage as looks will fade over time if you plan on spending any great length of time with her.
