Get the idea yeah.. Good tho it works for you.
Muscles will get cold and atrophy with no use. What I'm doing keeps blood moving, pumps, can even cut up. I will have most of the gear to get my workouts done around the residence in the future.

Your preaching to the choir, I told you guys my numbers. My routine keeps things as best intact as I'm going to get. If I want resistance I can wear my 45 lbs weight vest.

And online trade is out of stock or prices jacked up. Some of these options we are considering now were always decent and better than missing a work out.

I have a bunch of resistance bands from when I was rehabbing my rotator cuff problems. Seems to be well behind me now, but for awhile I didn't think it would ever go away. That's the funny thing about getting old. I had a pain in the arch of my foot for several years. Swollen arthritic knuckles for awhile there. Various joint pains. Then the rotator cuff issue. Another excrutiating shoulder pain that lasted about a year. So far these things have always resolved, although I may have had to lay off or modify my workout. I don't do any rows or back of neck exercises any longer. I miss doing rows too. Oh well.

I prefer working out at home anyway. I've got my weight bench, barbell, dumbells, kettle bells, and several other pieces of fitness equipment. It's definitely paying off now. Finish my workout, no travel, and seconds later I'm on the couch guzzling water, can't beat it. There are a few pieces I'd like to have but don't want to dedicate the space to.

easy on the old bud, you're only 2 years older than stringpuller and he would have been in my class.

Ernestine Shepherd is old. She looks 40 but is 80. World's oldest female bodybuilder.
I was just saying it feels young and good, no soreness so long as I keep working out. If I stop moving, then I start to notice some tightness.

My grandma was a "spark plug" in the fam all the way till 85 when she died. She's a very sharp, quick woman, who was always moving. My mom and them always were trying to "sit her down". I explained to my mom, that if they "sit her down" that she might not get back up, to let her help out and do her part as long as she's not killing herself.

awww, good on ya, excellent grandson-you did a good job.
She knew she was impressing you.
I like hearing about elderly wonderkids.

I watched the world's oldest bodybuilders yt video and the first 5 Mr. Olympia's and where they are now videos after I made that retort.

So inspiring.
If you live until 104 like one of the world's oldest than you're not even at midlife yet.

Saw your work in pics earlier in this thread and it looks like you've got it down.....just hypervigilant to men saying they're old.
It's a state of mind.

I work with a few mechanics with over 45 years experience and they refuse to slow down.
I really feel in awe and like its a privilege to work with them and learn from them. They neg each other but never themselves about age.

I don't feel old, my age is "old" but then again I think a wise well built 40's with good money is hard to beat. So when I say "old" i'm joking. Women do tax you for your age number, cause when i'm in my best shape, guys in their mid 20's, 30's are less fit most of them less fit, but the ladies hear my number and mentally tax me a bit. Makes me feel like I have to win some body building or fitness titles or something.
