A former boxing champion is being charged for sexual assault.

According to the complaint, “thrust himself on to [the victim], pinned her beneath his body, and began kissing her.” The victim said she struggled to free herself but was unable to push him off of her as he stuck his tongue down her throat, kissed her neck and body, and continued pressing himself on her.

He made a move and it cost him more than $830,000 US. Perhaps the court failed to see the circumstances behind the situation?

If you follow boxing, this guy is an a-hole. So no sympathy from me, and I totally could see him doing this to a woman against her will.

Glad he must pay out in cases like this! However, more verbal cases with payouts like Bill Orielly for example is over the top! I'd take millions to be verbally sexually harassed. Howard Stern even joked about this as well.

It's pretty much impossible to stick your tongue down someone's throat, yet I hear that phrase all the time. Sounds like rape fanfic and honestly should be inappropriate to include in a formal complaint as it's obviously a lie.

Perhaps he is just an idiot who doesn't take no for an answer?

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Boxers were getting CTE long before it was discovered in football players. One of the main symptoms is a lack of impulse control. In both football and fight sports, we cheer on dudes giving each other brain damage. But then when those damaged brains begin to operate poorly, we declare them to be immoral criminals.

Well the problem with that is anyone could go out take a few punches and claim they can now do whatever they want because they have no impulse control.

People need to be in control of themselves. If they choose to do something then they need to know the risks and rewards and all the potential issues they could have from it. If they choose to still do it then that's life and they have chosen to deal with the consequences. Its not like anyone in their right mind would think that being punched in the head repeatedly is good for you.
