in faact i have majority of autism symptoms according to some websites

its funny

i know one legit autist and hes absolutely different from me. his face legit screams "AUTISM" and so does his behavior

in my case is something more like "ill talk to you happily if you have knowledge about things i like"

other than that is just small talk which i dont care about

its hard to describe

people think if you dont talk then you have autism
ROTFL!

Basic life skill is dealing with people you don't like and even pretending to like them to get ahead. 48 Laws of power, just the intro will smack you like a ton of bricks. You need to open your eyes. Use people you don't like to your advantage.

Never be that anti social weirdo that gets ostracized by the entire village because you were "too cool" or "didn't like people."

Look, I hate people too, people are fvcking idiots. But you got to learn how to live and get along with them. Or use them.

You have to shift perspective. If people even suspect you have Autism, you have a serious problem. Get that fixed. Your saying that it is a easy personality issue that could be fixed so fix it before you destroy your reputation.

The root of your problem is why do you even need to take an autism quiz? When you say you don't have it.

Different type of autism, aperger (high fonctioning autism) is harder to spot,
for.me the biggest tell is a person that cant get sarcasm.
Also the lack of ppl skills and friend is a goodway to spot them

Why not? Everyone else has a mental health problem now

I'm skeptical. It's big money and it neuters the public

Plus people are addicted to their own tragedy

No one is "normal" is anyway

Normal is drinking poison at the weekend & smoking until you get cancer

We are self destructive, obsessive and compulsive by nature

Unless you wake up and think you're a tomato - you're ok

So you're a quiet guy?
not really no, i talk a lot with people who know a lot about stuff i specialise in

i still sometimes come off as quiet. like on family meetings and other irrelevant stuff

Posters are different nowadays. Back when i joined people spoke differently. More intelligently. I almost feel like when reading posts from the last few years we either had an influx of autists or foreigners.

That detachment from family and others can be an indicator of autism.

Of course, the nice guy type is the master manipulator.

The good news about mild autism is that one can largely grow out of it as he matures. I've been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, and I'm pretty sure that the only remaining symptom that is bothersome is my great difficulty in recognizing faces in environments where I'm not used to seeing them. I can know a person very well in business for example, and if I see them out on the street, my brain will short-circuit and I will have no idea how, and even if, I know them. That one I haven't been able to shake.

Other than that, I'm pretty sure I have achieved a high level of social calibration and have lost most traces of Asperger's. Many others have done the same. It takes work and a will to overcome and learn. First you have to learn how to relate to others mechanically, but then it becomes natural.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

really though? lack of shared interests is not autism, low interest in someone is not autism

Read carefully. Detachment from family can be an indicator of autism.

Low interest in someone is not autism. Low interest in most people can be an indicator.

Way too late for an autism thread as I thought about posting one months ago but didn't think anyone would care. We used to have a SoSuave member who I was 95% sure had asbergers (sp). I'm not a mental health expert but I have had training in this subject matter as a cop, three different classes in the past 5 x years to be exact. So who was this? A lot of SS members picked on him day and night because he would post the same posts over and over and over. Yet he was aloof to it and kept right on like nothing happened. A lot of SS members who were outstanding members would loose their sense of humanity when he posted and tear into him, even though they were top knotch members otherwise. He was the kid on the playground with the kick-me sign. Yet when he would post a thread his threads would go to 10+ pages, far more than most. The moderator team went above and beyond to try and help this guy so he could stay, but ultimately we had to ban him because there is only so much you can do to help someone over the Internet.

Destroy them? I was thinking more like next time one comes to these boards, recognize them and treat them better than some folks treated the one I am talking about.
