Let's say some of us wanted to create an online dating site. What would it look like?
Remember, it can not be free, people behind it would want to make money.
What are some ways we could use to put men on equal with women?
Here are my ideas:
1. Site is paid, it is cheap, $5 per month for full access. But it can also be used for free by men and women. To use it for free, you would get blind mode. You do not actually see other person's photo, instead you communicate with each other, and setup 5 mandatory blind dates. Whoever don't show up, or comes late, gets a strike, and one additional blind date. Blind dates will be matched on equal grounds, if the dude is 6 then he will be matched with a 6. After mandatory 5 blind dates are done, user gets one week of free access to the site.
2. No messages allowed on the site. Only voice messages. If you going to say hi, it's going to be done over a voice message. There will not be direct phone like conversations, instead people will use voice messages to communicate.
3. Paid users get to see other person's pictures. However, they get a line up of only 20 active members. From these 20 they can pick just 2 and go on two dates, before other 20 are available. VS free users don't get a line up of 20, only 5, and they don't see other party's pictures.
4. Paid users can not message member who is hotter than them. For example, guy that is 7 can not message chick that is 8...For free anyhow. He must either date a lot to score points, or pay a small fee to message her. Same with women... However, site will encourage users to hit the gym and dress better, so a 6 can become a 7 with updated photos.
5. Application will pick the date location itself for free users. If both drink alcohol, it will pick a bar.
