MGTOW core philosophy:

1) Stay fit at all times, lifting & cardio are essential
2) Get an education
3) Get your money right, career goals are essential
4) Have a passion, whether it be sports, MMA, boxing, music, marathon running, cars, motorcycles, hunting, surfing etc...
5) Have a social life, spend time with family and friends you can trust.

Women are not a central focus of the MGTOW philosophy because once you master the above guidelines women will instinctively gravitate towards you.

However, this still doesn't gaurantee relationship success because women are fickle, but it improves the odds in a man's favor. What it does gaurantee is that a man will find his purpose, and purpose is what brings men happiness.
