Saw a thread about a ugly people, said **** it I'm gonna tell you all how to get good-looking. That's no excuse. Unless you have an actual deformity, you have no excuse for blaming your genes. There are things you can do to become more attractive, and you can change your genetics too (epigenetics; you can change HOW your genes are expressed based on the environment and the stressors around you). I also stole some stuff from

1. Exercise

Exercise hard, particularly with a lot of conditioning. This is key. Straight weightlifting is great for building muscle, but if you already have a substantial amount of fat, what are you doing? Get rid of that ****. That's why conditioning is more important. It'll slim out your face a little bit too and make it slightly more angular and chiseled. Also, don't just reach your desired weight or desired look. You have to go MORE than what you think. Meaning, if you think you want to lose 40 lbs, then lose 50 or 55. You're gonna gain back some weight once you go back to normal no matter what, and chances are you lost some water weight too, which makes the skin look thinner and more shredded than it really is. So lose more weight than you think you need to. If you can't see your abs after doing a lot of situps and leg raises and whatnot, you aren't there yet.

After you're done losing weight (or if you really need to GAIN weight), start weightlifting. But lift HEAVY. As in, you don't want to do more than 5 reps for anything, unless you're working very specific muscles that are mostly just stabilizers, like the rear delts, lower traps, calves, etc. But other than that, heavy weights are better. Why? Because in order for you to be able to lift them, your going to strain your face and neck muscles (kinda like how when you take a really big **** while being constipated lol, yes THAT face haha). And when you strain your face and neck like that, naturally your face will get slightly more chiseled and your neck will get thicker. These are more MASCULINE physical features that people only notice subconsciously; i.e. chicks will like you/respect your more but they won't know why. Not just that, but lifting heavy weights produces more testosterone than doing many more reps on a lighter weight. This will further masculinize your face.

Even further, the vast majority of your exercises should be compound exercises. These ALSO produce more testosterone than isolation exercises, and they make your muscles look more proportional and less bulky. Compound movements should be your priority. If after a while you've noticed that you have some lagging parts, than you can do some isolation. But they shouldn't be the bulk of your session.

Even FURTHER, heavy weights are better because they make your muscles actually look stronger and more cut than if you went lighter weight with higher reps. Going lighter will give more hypertrophy, but makes the muscles look puffier and more bloated than lean and dry. It just makes the muscle look better. It also lasts longer too. Plus, you'll get an ego boost when you see some mass monster who isn't benching as much as you are ;)

If you don't exercise regularly, you have absolutely no reason to complain about being unattractive.

2. Eat well

Not much to say here really, it's common sense; you will look better, feel better, and other people will pick up on that and want to be around you more. And I don't just mean that you'll build muscle more easily, I mean that your skin itself will look more lively. Either you eat healthy or you don’t eat at all. It’s better to go hungry than to eat junk food if you’re ugly and unattractive. There are times where you *can* eat a little bit unhealthy, but most people are fatter than they should be so it doesn't matter. Skinny dudes (and I don't mean a little skinny, I mean VERY skinny dudes), you can only eat a LITTLE bit of junk food only if there is nothing else to eat and you're starving.

3. Fasting

When you see yourself getting fatter, occasionally starve yourself. At the 16-hour mark of not eating, your body will raise your testosterone and HGH levels. It's important to not that these have a synergistic effect on each other, meaning that they enhance each other's effects more so than if they were alone. Your testosterone and HGH will also continue to increase until 24 hours where it peaks, and then declines until the next day, where (if you are still fasting) it will spike again around the same time. Most of the hormonal increase is done between the 18-24 hour mark. Even more interestingly, cortisol raises up too. Most people think cortisol = bad, but that's only if there is insulin present (which if you are fasting, there is not because there is no sugar). If cortisol raises without insulin, it enhances fat breakdown and increases energy expenditure.

Fasting will masculinize your body more than normal, speed up your metabolism a little bit (meaning you lose more fat than if you weren't, AND give you more energy than normal), and clean out and repair your cells and mitochondria (autophagy & mitophagy). There are some neuroregenerative effects as well for prolonged fasting/starvation (3+ days).

Just a couple things to note: Make sure that you starve yourself for a few days at a time. Your body will get rid of fat without leaving excess skin behind because gluconeogenesis will be in full effect, and your body does not like burning muscle. It will do everything it can to preserve it. This means that any protein your body breaks down will first be from (excess) skin and scar tissue. Yes, your body will eat up any scars it has. It’s better to do this on days that are not as weightlifting-oriented and are more conditioning-oriented. You could also do them during rest days, but preferably said rest day is not directly weightlifting day (if it's after a conditioning day though, it's fine). You’ll harden up your body, and your face will thin out too and get more chiseled. If you want to make it easier, try restricting water too. Wait till the end of the day to drink water. It'll make you think less about the hunger. Plus, some people believe that when you are dehydrated, your body will metabolize fat more in order to utilize the water that's inside of the fat cells.

Regardless, you're basically cleaning out your body. This is the TRUE way to detox. Not by making veggie shakes or anything like that. The Soviet Union conducted tons of studies on fasting for their healthcare system because it was so much cheaper than a doctor prescribing medicine. It's just that us here in the West kinda hate communists so we disregard anything and everything they published. Also because Big Pharma would lose billions lol. You can watch some documentaries about it if you are really interested.

4. Positive Affirmations

Tell yourself all the time “I AM strong, I AM tough, I AM powerful, I AM masculine! I’m big! I’m bad! I’m mean! I’m hard!” It doesn't even have to be this, it could be anything. Just make sure that it's positive and about yourself. Even if you don't believe it. Even if it is completely untrue. These are cheat codes for the universe. You will start to become the thing you say you are. It won't happen overnight either, it will take a long time (at least 6 months before even minor differences), and you'll need to constantly tell yourself this stuff like you're a schizophrenic. But **** will change eventually. And don't say/think negative things either, even if you feel it. This is honestly the most important factor out of everything I've talked about, I literally changed my life with this and it impacted things that it shouldn't have been able to. There were things that happened outside of myself that didn't have to do with me that somehow got affected. I'm not one to believe in some hocus pocus magic bull**** or whatever, but there was something about this that psychology couldn't explain.

5. Style

Care about the way you dress. Figure out your style, know what it is. And make sure that you actually wear clothes that fit YOU personally, that's the most important thing about this point. Wearing clothes that actually fit you are key, it doesn't even matter so much as to what the specific shirt or pants are. I can go out in sweat pants and a plain t-shirt and look good because they still fit my figure. Granted, I also have an okay musculature too so it shows that off, but that's why I stressed exercise so much.

6. Body Language

Stand up straight, shoulders back, etc. Just have good posture. Don't walk like a stiff, but don't be afraid to take up space. Hold eye contact when talking to someone, etc. We've all heard this stuff before. Be comfortable in your own body and relax almost as if you were at home chilling. Sitting in a desk/chair? Don't be afraid to lie back and extend your legs. Obviously move them out of the way if someone walks by, but be comfortable in yourself. Or at least fake it.

7. Voice

Open up your throat and move your lips when you speak. Don't speak in a monotone voice unless you actually are just a super chill type of guy (most people aren't), or unless you're high. When you talk, speak at your sympathetic frequency. Basically, it's the pitch of your voice that carries the furthest/sounds the clearest.

8. Social Acuity

Try being cognitive about what works and what doesn't in social situations. If you're here reading this, you probably have noticed at least some difference between you and when other people interact with each other. Don't go out and just randomly cold approach someone, that **** is too old school and people aren't as friendly as they used to be; you can thank social media for that one. When you talk to someone, there needs to be some sort of context. In college, a lot of people actually feel just like you though and are dying to make some friends and meet some new people.

Here's just a few tips that I can give: a lot of times, there are awkward things that happen where someone says or something really out of place and things get really awkward. There are 3 things you can do, the first being you just kinda role with it and continue the flow of conversation about whatever that awkward thing was said like it IS natural/normal. This works more with women than with men, and you'll find that chicks are willing to talk about some crazy ass things because of this. I remember at my old job we were talking about our favorite porn sites with freaking women. **** was wack, honestly, and it got even weirder lol. Kinda showed me how every chick has a little bit of lesbo in them RIP. But that's besides the point. Most people will feel comfortable talking about awkward topics if YOU are comfortable talking about them.

The second way in dealing with awkward situations is to acknowledge the awkwardness. You do that by breaking eye contact and giving a 'nervous' laugh, maybe stepping back a bit for a second before resuming your original position. This lets the other person know that YOU know this is a weird/abnormal conversation/event, but that you also aren't an awkward person who is super uncomfortable themselves. This let's them know that they aren't the only ones who noticed the 'awkwardness' and makes them feel a bit more comfortable. They'll even laugh with you.

The third is to just kind of pause awkwardly and not know what to do (essentially just be awkward), which will only make the situation worse. Most of the time, you shouldn't do this. The only time you really can is if something is REALLY out of place and just straight-up uncalled for (because then people won't blame the awkwardness on you). But most of the time, people know what those situations are.

Pro-tip: If you are unattractive, follow the second option more than the first. Once you start getting attractive, you can start getting away with using the first option more and more. I just have to warn you though: once you ARE able to, you'll start to realize that society has gotten seriously ****ed up in recent decades. It'll disillusion you and can make you a lot more cynical, nihilistic, and maybe even misanthropic. Google what these words mean if you don't already know them.

9. Watch television dramas

When you get the chance, start watching drama shows. I know it's dumb, I know they're stupid, but it really gives you insight into human body language and mannerisms, and that will just put you so much further ahead of the game. The directors tell them to exaggerate body language and you'll just start to notice how it's unrealistic human interaction, but you'll also start to see WHY the directors told the actors to behave that way, and THAT is valuable information. It doesn't even need to be drama, it could really be anything, but I find drama is your best bet, particularly if they're old shows. Older shows are always the best at showing this stuff, shows like Lost, House, Friends, etc. Old shows that people used to talk about. And go on YouTube and see if there's any bloopers too, it'll give you even more insight into how people actually are. Plus, those are always funny too and good for a quick laugh.

10. Miscellaneous

Okay so this is mostly stuff that I don't know where else to put. It's just random pro-tips that may help you:

When you workout, there are 2 key exercises are that are pure aesthetics. It is straight-arm lat bar pulldown, and sideways shoulder raises. These 2 exercises will mimic you having a nice v-taper. You don't need to do these exercises on the same day, but just make sure you do them. They also don't have to be 5 reps or less, as these are accessories really. But they also shouldn't be the main thing, getting your pullup game down is much more important in the beginning tbh. But just make sure you do them. And when you do them, you do full range of motion; your arms fully extend up past your head even, and you pull all the way down. Shoulder raises too—your arms go just above 90 degrees.

Also when you work out, there are 2 more important aesthetic exercises you should do (just not AS much a factor). Those exercises are incline bench, and face pulls (rear delt/rotator cuff work). Incline bench will fill out your upper chest and make it look better, and since it's a compound movement, try not to go past 5 reps or else you should up the weight, and ALWAYS touch chest. Face pulls will round your shoulders out more and can enhance your v-taper a bit too.

another workout tip (there's a lot of these haha), make sure that you don't use straps for anything. Your grip strength needs to go up. And let me tell you guys, chicks LOVE strong-looking hands. For whatever reason, a lot of girls find them seriously sexy. Do some grip training with grippers. The best ones are Captains of Crush, but they're hard af. They will make your hands look a lot stronger and more 'sinewy', and chicks dig that ****. Do fingertip pushups, those are good.

Again, if you can't pick the weights up, don't use it. Work your grip strength. The only time you're allowed to use straps is if you are maxing out on deadlifts or something like that, and even then, you shouldn't use straps until at least you go past 315 lbs.

Also, don't cheat when lifting with half-reps or anything, for bench you touch your chest and go, and don't arch your back all the way up like those powerlifting chicks do, you won't get anything out of it and your muscles won't grow.

Another tip, do stomach vacuums. If you don't know what those are, Google them. They will give you a flat belly. There are some dudes who have abs and still have bulging bellies, it's disgusting. Do vacuums, those will help with that. And as for abs, you HAVE to have them. I didn't include them on here because it's a given, don't think that because I didn't talk about them that now you can have an excuse to be potbellied, no. You must have a 6-pack. Or at least be fit, Jesus.

Another thing, go look up mewing. It's sounds retarded af and maybe it is, but there are some people who swear by it that it works so it could be worth a shot. I personally always did it as a kid just naturally and my bone structure is a little bit angular possibly because of it, and I started consciously doing it against recently and I think it does do something tbh, but some people see more results than others. Also, when you chew your food, chew it all the way and chew HARD. Eat a lot of tough beef jerky, chew some gum, and make sure to chew HARD. This will enhance your jawline. You can go look up Brett Maverick on YouTube (dude is a stud, even his ****ing NAME!) and you'll find related stuff.

Last tip, you can read some books like How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie, and those other self-help books. I personally never read any of them just because The Book of Pook was enough for me. And I have to be honest here guys, I didn't even read all of it either, I just read part of it and it was enough to jumpstart me out of the gutter. Thanks Pook, you changed my life.

One book I can recommend, is Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins. He's a bad mother****er man, and he wasn't always that way either. Tough as nails man, and I relate to him on so many levels too because I had the same exact mindset he did and went through similar ****. Get the audiobook, it's better because they give you a little bit extra.

Alright, I'm out. Hope this helps some of you. Peace.

Vacuums are real. Strengthens the internal abdominal girdle. Produce a real life gain of 1" or so reduced waist. The gain can be seen in every other day for 4 weeks.

I'm gonna tell you all how to get good-looking.
I think the tips you recommend are excellent, and are very well thought out.
I'm not convinced they will work for everybody, that they will make every person be considered "good looking". I'm not convinced everyone has that as one of their gifts, necessarily.
But certainly anyone following your advice should improve their life.

I agree with all these and is a great post but one thing you might have left out is you mentioned TV dramas. One thing I took from Roosh's book Game was to watch an episode of Seinfeld daily which is a comedy. This will give you the ability to talk about nothing and never give anything away about yourself so her juices will flow because will always see mystery in you.

Money is first I think, because #1 more women like money over women who don't and 2)You need money to allow you to experiment with different foods, herbs, vitamins, off-the-wall holistic supplements. I am Able to TRY a lot of things because I had money. So I know what works for me. Even with exhaustive research of reviews articles etc, the product you buy may end up just a placebo. I know what makes me look younger from the inside-out. I take that substance every chance I get, but it's damn expensive. It cleans me out and makes my skin look youthful and bright in the face. My pee looks very yellow because it's eliminating toxins FULLY and making your cell regeneration the best "new." I'd stopped using it 6 months ago, but am now using it again as of 3 weeks ago. It gives me wicked vivid and long mentally stimulating upon awakening Dreams. It makes me think better in convo throughout my day the lingering effects. And lastly, when I wake up I hop to my feet immediately ready to go to work or wherever. Before I was sluggish getting out of bed.

If I didn't have money, then I couldn't be the guinea pig for myself that I need to be to make myself more attractive, especially as I age.

Tonight I fvcked a fatty. I've said it on these forums over the years that I'll never fvck another fatty, I'm done, but here I was doin it again. And let me tell you, I feel miserable afterwards. It was just repulsive. I mean, I did her good and hard but fvck man, it's purely her pleasure not mine really. My alternative was going out with a thin and slightly younger girl but probably no chance of a lay. I told her that my window of opportunity was gone (because she texted back too late). We'll try next week. I feel WORSE tonight having fvcked the fat tatted smoker hoe with a roommate in a sh!thole apartment. Fat girls are like nice guys, and they Know they're low-end and thus insecure and that insecurity rubs off on YOU (if you can't shunt it or keep it at bay, which I am able to do to a certain degree, but I believe that having fvcked her that it will degrade ME in essence for the coming week interacting with girls --- it will HARM my attraction to better girls because her essence kinna leapt into mine kinda like a how Christ says do not become yoked with non-believers. It damns your soul (for the afterlife) to sleep with fatties.

So I'm feeling and looking like sh!t right about now. I was fine before.

I didn't finish the OP, it wasn't bad but I disagree with conditioning first, losing weight then lifting weights. You should be doing both at the same time. For example my workouts are an A day and a B day of weight lifting day 3 is body weight exercises and the 4th day is kettlebell, polymetrics, cardio etc. I do throw in cardio on day 3 also on the row machine.

To burn fat and lose weight you need to be in a caloric deficit

unless you can change your face. This can only help so much.
Last month in my youtube recommendations I ran in to a video on MEWing aka tongue posture. I watched a few videos on it from a professional licensed orthodontist about proper tongue posture changing your cheek bones and your jawline.
I've been doing it for a month cause well why not what's the worst that can happen?

Thanks chief, but if I’m being completely honest, I’m probably only going to just be a little above average. Plus, I’ve had to change myself so much and work so hard that I’m probably gonna die earlier than most. I don’t think I’ll really make it to my 60s. It’ll either be of a stroke or a heart attack, more likely a stroke though based off of how things are. That’s if I’m not killed, and something happened recently to where the likelihood of me being killed within the next 14 years went up. Not that I’m complaining really, **** sucks anyway. But you do what you gotta do.

It depends on the person. Personally, my exercises change depending upon how I feel in the moment. My workouts change every time really. But the key word I used here is ‘conditioning’ to imply a mix of resistance training and cardio, so as to keep your muscle tissue while losing fat. It’s very hard to lose fat while building muscle unless you already have athletic base from sports at a young age and kept that athleticism past high school. Otherwise for most people, there’s no point in weightlifting because they’ll just take longer to lose the fat they need to get rid of and will hardly make any muscle gains. Plus, their ego will get in the way and they won’t want to see their lifts go down either in order to lose fat.

On me i keep my routines the same for about 3 months or so. It allows me to tighten the "groove" every workout. Which means more power, more focus...

I wouldnt say it's hard, I believe a lot of stuff is lost in translation. Fasted cardio will definitely speed up fat loss
