All PUA gurus have some con artist in them, to some extent, IMO. I do think Owen generated some good material, but like Atom Smasher said, you have to dig out the gold nuggets. I've heard rumors that in his bootcamps, he would hire girls to talk to his students. On one hand, it provided them some experience and maybe a little confidence. But I always think that they went back home and wondered why their tactics didn't work as well on the girls at home. I don't resent the guy trying to make some money off of it, but a lot of it does seem like a scam.
I think Mystery was a bit of a natural, in that he had the tools for the job. He was a very tall guy, and he had the entourage around him that made him look like a leader.
