Ok guys, this is not for you young guys who can get wood at any time. This is for us who have alot of years on the clock. So for the first time in my lengthy existence I am going through a period of performance issues. And let me share this, it is rather devastating. Been with this woman a number of years. She is 20 years younger...and a redhead. Lately she is ready, but alas it is hit and miss for me. Tried generic little blue pill. Gave me a hell of a headache and not much else. Then tried a Cialis sample. Worked great in AM, but nothing the night before. So my question to the group, besides an implant (Where is Richard the frog when you need him!), has anyone had experience with anything else that can reliably give erection on demand? She has been cool about it but this sh*t needs to stop...or start I guess. And no I am not asking for a friend. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure the blue pill you tried was the real thing? Sildenafil, I believe it is. You can experiment with a higher dose, and it helps to not have food in your stomach, especially fatty food. Cialis comes in many pill dose sizes. Some say 5 mg daily is the rigjt dose for a guy getting regular sex. Levitra is the 3rd ed drug. I haven't tried that one.
Not sure what is going on frankly. I am wondering out loud if perhaps this relationship has an expiration date. And that is screwing with my little and big heads...I have an appointment with Urology but not till months end. I am finding myself coming up with excuses not to be embarrassed again. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I worry about performance and sure as h*'ll the worry becomes reality. Anyone have experience with injections or such?

And yes, get your T levels checked. Testosterone replacement is something that every man needs to consider as they get older. I’ve held off on it so far because I’ve stayed fairly lean my whole life ( but at 60 that gets more difficult each day). However, there are inevitable changes that occur as you get older that T replacement can definitely help with.
And... if she doesn’t have a rabbit, get one and use it on her. You’ll both enjoy it.

Thanks for the replies. I have more of a problem with performance than she does....for now. I am 6-4 225 so not skinny but not grossly over weight. I lift 3 days a week. The mention of self fulfilling prophecy rings very true. Not sure what a "rabbit" is actually. Thanks again for your insights. Appreciated.

My opinion is ED is accelerated in the last 10-20 years due to a degredarion of masculinity and decrease in testosterone. I believe most of it is mental and due to societal re programming. Men dont feel like men.

There is some truth in that a docile lifestyle does accelerate it. Your muscles remain dormant and not stimulated. Not going on adventures such as hunting, racing, shooting, archery etc.

I do lift....heavy. It will be enlightening to see what urology has to say. Pretty much eat clean, with low carbs, high protein. Never smoked, no drugs, no alcohol...Do use Porpecia on a regular basis and know that can be problematic. Wonder if non steroidal anti inflammatory meds have an effect...like Alieve and such?

Do you do cardio? Lifting for power raise stress in body. Stress is not good for boners. Cardio is good for your blood circulation producing a veiny and harder boner. Cardio also consumes the stress in your system. 20-30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week can keep you good.
