It is a precedent set by the court and should be respected; however, rulings in place in the future will likely have a 5-4 vote against abortion in the future. I'm not sure how far decisions will go; however, even decisions that make abortion clinics less likely to meet expectations set by new laws, can limit access to the ability to get an abortion.I don't see how Roe v Wade will be overturned, however I am for men and women having the same rights regarding abortion, regardless of whether it is right to choice or right to life.
Lmao.I thought this thread was going to be about a Kavanaugh rape baby popping up out there somewhere.
Seems pretty fake but if true the mom should've demanded a paternity test and forced child support.Or we could go for an existing rape baby like Bill clinton's half black son.....that he refuses to acknowledge.

Why do you get to decide what a woman does with her body? More importantly, why do you even care? It should never happen to your child / fetus to begin with.I personally feel that abortion is ending what will be a human life; however, due to bodily autonomy of the woman, you can't force a woman to go through with a pregnancy. This decision should be made early when pregnancy is determined before the fetus has significant brain activity. Based on premature babies being viable sometimes as early as 24 weeks, I'm not opposed to going to a 20 week limit on abortion.
How quickly one can turn to agreeing 100% with you.I've long held the belief that these are not "pro lifers" they are "pro birthers" because they really don't care what happens to the child after they ARE born, they only care in getting the child born.
I think the idea is that we should all be god fearing and abstinent untill marriage - then we won't need birth control OR abortionsSex education needs to be mandatory. Birth control needs to be covered under all health insurance plans.
Ironically, very people who are "morally opposed" to abortion take every step under the sun to keep fostering these unwanted pregnancies.

Their strategy is to scare people with the "consequences". Things like birth control, abortion, social policies to support parenting and sexual education make sex less risky and having children more feasible and more likely to be appropriately planned. That means people can have the sex life they want, which of course is what these loons want to prevent. So you've got to scare people. But if they can have safe sex without negative consequences, they won't be scared. Solution: campaign against the things that make sex safe.I think the idea is that we should all be god fearing and abstinent untill marriage - then we won't need birth control OR abortions
I'm not deciding what a woman does with her body; however, there's a point when a fetus crosses into viable human territory, and I believe it is that line which should be regulated by the government. A woman doesn't need 30 weeks to decide to have a pregnancy. The baby could be born premature and survive at that point. Abortion is fine, but before viability outside the womb. Why do you get to decide what a woman does with her body? More importantly, why do you even care? It should never happen to your child / fetus to begin with.
