No meds needed. No problem getting an erection and maintaining. Just having a hard time orgasming. I’m sure it’s all mental. I’ll go cold turkey on the porn. Im might even scale back on the sex a bit. I’m having long sex sessions with these women five times per week. Feels like my penis has decreased sensitivity from so much work it seems.

Nothing wrong with porn imo, unless you are using it the same day. It's more likely that you are just worn down. And you should consider your rotation, your alcohol and other drug intake.

When I had a similar problem, it was basically that I was patching myself up with lots of different things and not addressing the issue of just being jaded.

So scale back. Don't have dates on both Friday and Saturday - keep Sundays short and don't let them loiter. Use weekdays for exploring different options, and have plenty of good time to yourself to recharge.

I have to disrespectfully disagree. If you aren’t giving it to her good in the bedroom then don’t expect her to stick around or be faithful. I know a lot of women in long term relationships that left because the sex wasn’t any good. With that being said you should always enjoy yourself but busting a nut in two seconds flat will hurt you especially with how many options women have these days.
