I found this method called the Ivy League Method, which talked about following 6 habits religiously everyday.
Its been 21 days since I wrote down 6 habits on a whiteboard and created a streaks column. I am happy to report this works and my requirement of willpower to do these 6 things has become way lesser, its more or less automated. Highly recommended.
1. Workout
2. Hygiene
3. Low Carbs, High Protein
4. Snooker
5. Guitar
6. Meditate
Body Fundamentals:
Regularly hitting the gym hard. Lost 10 pounds.
Vaporiser still helping avoid smoking
Social Fundamentals:
Meeting up with like minded guitarists, bought a new fender with an amp
Playing snooker with my pals.
Light socialising in the gym.
Fashion Fundamentals:
Bought a new phone, a new belt.
2 new T shirts, 2 new jeans.
1 pair of leather shoes.
Books read:
The Charisma Myth
