Maybe at 300 lbs it is. But most people aren’t at 300 lbs. I’m ~6.5% 175 lbs. I have some lower ab veins, not the quad striations though. My main form of exercise isn’t lifting weights. It’s extremely difficult to get sub 10% off lifting alone, which is exactly what most of these doofuses think I have done. I don’t. Lifting is just supplementary to everything else. I’m an athlete. Not a weightlifter or gym bro. That’s what differentiates me from them and why I’m able to maintain myself at this level.
