I agree. “Maybe idk” means no or if nothing else comes through then yes. Don’t bother contacting her again. It’s obvious her interest is low. Let her do all of the reaching out first. Let her bring up getting together.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
