Just measured my BMI and body fat.

BMI = 26
Body Fat = 24.9%

All this beer and sugary drinks are catching up with me. I'm getting old (31).

Time to change diet, start cardio, and weight lifting.

Sucks that alcohol is basically the only thing that gets me talking when I go out. Maybe I should switch to Mich Ultra. That's the lowest carb beer.

Cut ALL added sugar, processed foods and ALL breads/grains (includes beer) out of your diet. Switch to KETO and you will drop LBS like a m0therfvcker within weeks. However, you need to stay the course for it to work continuously.

Nah, here's what you can drink and still burn fat.

  • Beer. Bud Select, Miller 64, Michelob Ultra. Most beers are very high in carbs so they should be avoided. Typically lighter beers will have nutrition information online, so make sure to check beforehand.
  • Wine. Unsweetened/unflavored champagne, dry red wine, and dry white wine. These are going to be the lowest carb wine that you can consume. These typically range in the 4-5g net carbs per glass (5 oz.) range, but you have to be careful.
  • Liquor. Vodka, rum, gin, tequila, whiskey. All unsweetened and unflavored liquor will have 0g net carbs. Liqueurs and most mixers do have carbs, so avoid them.

Don't bullshyt yourself. While you transform stay off any alcohol. Get bf to 12% or lower.
 

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Cardio and low carbs will get it done. Lift at least three days a week for beautiful muscles. I suggest 5-6 days a week one hr cardio while your stripping fat

That was the first thing that crossed my mind, it's probably the alcohol.
But welcome to "old age", where you can no longer keep up the habits of your youth, lest they catch up with you. It's great fun.

I would avoid alcohol altogether. Two shots of vodka has roughly 200 calories if you consider that alcohol does a have energy yield. Just imagine letting loose with more shots? Six-pack abs and an awesome sports jacket will attract the ladies with a whole lot less effort than social grease.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yeah vodka rum and other alcohols do have calories . Plus it slows your metabolism, decrease testosterone and increases estrogen.

Man the eff up . Have self control and replace alcohol with water during this process that your transforming your body. Build a body you like to look at. That was probably why your game was fvcked cause you were too fat.

Single dudes gotta be on point, be attractive. And marrieds do too!

He was easily downing 1000-1500 calories while drinking his half dozen and up drinks.

On the 1g alcohol == 7 calories. One shot of 80 proof of whatever is 100 calories. 100 calories of bullshyt. Your mixed drinks have several shots and mixer I them. So they easily exceed 500 calories each
