If a woman says something like “I don’t really believe in it but it’s fun to speculate.” and she’s just using it to flirt, that can be okay.

But I’ve met women who get arsey when I say I don’t believe in it and other girls who believe in modern witchcraft and that sort of crap.

When they legitimately believe in it to the point of getting stuck up I think it just shows a deficit of education or critical thinking and a desire to take flights of fancy...and you don’t want that in a woman.

If they TRUELY believe in it, then I consider them a potential LIABILITY

If a woman has POOR logic with matters such as, Astrology, Dream Interpretation, Palm Reading etc..

Do you really think she will be logical about issues that may arise in your RELATIONSHIP with her.. I doubt it very much!

Your subjective analysis in dealing with a very limited subset of human beings who believe in astrology has led you to the conclusion that those individuals should be approached with caution?

The amount of subjective advice given out on this board based on someone's very limited understanding is quite alarming.

Caution is given when a woman spends time with her ex, has only one active parent, or has a history of physical abuse. Because those can all be substantiated with factual evidence.

How many women have you experienced who are into astrology? And how many women believe in astrology in the world? What percentage of the population is that?

In the UK alone, polls have shown, upto 20% of the population believe in astrology, star signs etc..

And only a Third of the population took part in this poll.. So there could be a whole lot more people who actually buy into this shyte!

Often woman who have hit a ROCK in there relationship, have resorted to visiting a medium or some kinda fortune teller..

Essentially that woman is letting a 3rd party into YOUR relationship, who could be filling her head with all manner of CHIT..

And if she strongly believes in this mumbo jumbo, you can bet your azz, she will bring up some serious drama into your life!

Now you're just being one of those elitist arsehole type atheists. The fun police.
I'm indeed atheist. I'm fine with being called an elitist arsehole if it stops delusions from spreading and rotting away peoples brains.

I'm fine with it if it's not taken seriously and just for fun. But if a person actually believes that bullsh!t they can go fvck themselves.

Bullshyt is so dangerous . The people's minds fill in the gaps to justify their lies. Danger to everyone around them.

There is so much to pick apart, I don't know where to start.

You personally have very limited experience with women with astrology beliefs correct? I mean 10-15 women tops, but I guess more around 2-3.

What percent of your limited experience is part of the UK population?

Considering your here on SS, damaged from an ex, does that make you capable of assessing individuals with astrology beliefs?

Some may be damaged, I do agree, but the percent is likely far more even accross believers and non believers. Couple that with YOUR experience with those women, which is completely subjective (ie. An opinion) and your argument is obviously pointless.

Then to man who comes here reeling from a breakup, reads this drivel, and follows because he is trying to put the pieces back together. It is completely counterproductive to the emphasis of SS.

Firstly I have never really spoke to you before Bruv, the fact that you CHOOSE to get all PERSONAL about things, kinda PROVES I touched a NERVE.. Maybe you dated a WITCH at some point, and I stired up some emotions!

Why else would a keyboard warrior like you get so uptight and upset like you currently are!

Also I went NC on my EX oooooooh OVER A Year ago... I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE.. Never once felt the need to talk to her... I am faaaaar from reeling Bruv!

I have other woman on rotation... If you crawled out of your Mums basemant once in a while it would do you some good..

Maybe then you won't feel the NEED TO PERSONALLY ATTACK PEOPLE IN ORDER TO MAKE A POINT REGARDING AN ISSUE!

The fact that you resort to methods like that, PROVES what a WEAK pathetic puny boy you are!

Try growing up, and dealing with an issue, without getting all emotional and vindictive about it.. HOW PATHETIC

In person, I would break you in half.. Good job you have the safety of your basemant loool

I did not insult you at all. I merely questioned your logic, more for my own understanding. And you responded with very direct insults. That's unfortunate...

Break me in half? At least you have a sense of humor.

Good luck with that!

It's not really shocking that many people believe in it. You have to keep in mind that astrology has been around longer then Christianity. Ancient Aztecs and Egyptians studied the stars. The Mayan calendar is based on astrology

I had a date with an online HB8 today, but I decided to cancel it.

While in conversation yesterday with her, she told me that she had spoke to few really nice guys online, but decided against meeting them, because she does not LIKE or GET ALONG with people of a certain star sign!

Huh what.. This is fuking retarded.. In my PERSONAL opinion, star signs and Astrology is complete utter HORSE CHIT.

I am generally very suspicious of woman who believe in astrology, woman who visit Mediums, or claim they can read the fuking future by reading somebodies hand.

I am also suspicious of woman who are hell bent on INTERPRETATING DREAMS!

I had an ex from many many years ago, who went to see a medium, this medium told her, that she will meet a man, who she should not fully trust..

This crazy ex, took her word as litrial truth, and started suspecting me on pretty much anything and everything.. As you can imagine, I dumped her azz and moved on.

Never a trust a woman who will turn on you, because she had a dream that MEANT SOMETHING.

Or a medium told her, your guy is basically a C@NT
Astrology was the main part of a few competing religions in the Old Testament. It's the 1st Commandment to not do that sh!t, and the fast track to pissing God off.

Depends on demographics and culture. If you were in China, 100% of women there believes in some form of hocus pocus, even those with strong scientific backgrounds.

Now, does that mean 100% of Chinese women in China will create serious drama in your life? R u certain?

Believing in the supernatural is in no way indicative of a woman's predisposition towards batshiet dramatic events.

But I'll say this, anyone that has one track radical thinking will create batshiet drama in their surroundings.

Haha don't worry dude, it's not just your opinion. It's scientific fact that it's a load of b*llocks. The fact it even still has adherents in society is testament to the failure of education and common sense.

Go see Richard Dawkins talking to a professional Astrologist and marvel at his patience as he listens to the guy spout total nonsense for 30 minutes. The moon makes me angry when it's in a certain orbit? A lump of rock 239,000 miles away changes my mood on a daily basis? Are you f*cking kidding me?
Actually, there is something to be said that the position of the Sun could have an influence as it maps with the seasons and the early time as an infant. For example, maybe a Sun Scorpio being an infant during the winter might get a lot of food & attention at that early time of life because everyone is indoors, etc. But yes, the Moon, planets and the Chinese zodiac is pure bunk aside from possibly yearly fluctuations in weather & finance that happened as a coincidence. Even all this said, the influence must be very minimal.

The Moon can definitely have a psychological effect on folks, although the only physical effect is in the tides, which may cause folks who are seafaring to alter their activity.

Technically speaking the moon has a physical effect on us as we are as physical as the ocean. It's unnoticeably small, but it's there. The psychological effect is a myth, a persistent myth but a myth nonetheless. The only psychological effect it has is on those who believe in it and knows it's full moon, basically placebo.

It has been debunked long ago.
