I love Morgan Freeman as much as anyone, but guys...banging girls with their complete consent is one thing, walking onto a movie set and just telling 10 women you like their tits and rubbing their asses whenever they're near you is another.
Hollywood seems to be filled with sexual deviancy to be honest (though of course what counts as that is open to debate). But everyone seems to f*ck everyone else, and sleazy people have been abusing their power for God knows how long.
I hope Morgan is not part of that, but defending a guy going around just grabbing chicks asses all over the place and peering up skirts in a work environment as "acceptable behaviour" is silly.
What DOES p*ss me off is how show runners immediately knee-jerk cancel shows and so on just because a star is now controversial. Kevin Spacey may well be a deviant creep, but House of Cards was f*cking awesome and he's a f*cking awesome actor. Instead of cancelling the whole show instantly before he's even been trialled or found guilty of anything, why not finish it one season early with him in the driving seat still, but under close surveillance and monitoring around other staff?

On the other hand, I find the way in which the accused is publically pilloried BEFORE trial absolutely disgusting in these cases. A female friend of mine was sexually assaulted, and the guy who did it was a total piece of s**t. HOWEVER...I don't think he, or any other accused person in a sex crimes trial, should be named before proven guilty. After yes, before no.
If the victim gets the right to anonymity, the accused should also get that until convicted. It's ridiculous that a woman I've never met before, in a country the other side of the world could accuse me of rape and immediately the next day the papers will say: "MORETHANSMOOTH SUSPECTED OF RAPE!"
