Do they just want to spend it on luxury items?

Don't get me wrong, I like money, too. But I don't do the things that they do to get it.

Woman are not attracted to 'money' they are attracted to what money represents, and that is somehow you as a man are providing some kind of value to the people around you. If it was only about money then you wouldn't see wealthy guys dragged though divorce courts.

I think the money aspect is minimal unless you're talking an excessive amount of capital ( > $700,000).

I'm a physician, I make well into the six figure ranges yet back in my Beta days, I was losing girls to guys who were making a fraction of my salary. So that should let you know that Game >>> Money. This is being awfully general, but women tend to spend a lot. They make impulsive buys because there is an accompanying emotional/adrenaline rush. Women have a lot more fashion choices, and more accessories, plus makeup and hair care. Pedicures to keep their soles soft and feel pampered. These days a lot of them don't even cook, so they eat out a lot. They go through a lot of money. You notice there are shopping channels aimed at women, but there are no shopping channels aimed at men? So that's part of it.

But that aside, it's not all about the money, successful men are attractive. It shows that they can handle themselves, and can master their chosen fields. I know there are guys here who talk about being homeless and still pulling chicks, and good for them. But I don't understand how a man can be confident in himself if he can't support himself.

Read a book about evolutionary psychology, money represents resources, and resources represent being able to take care of potential offspring.
