If I’m busy doing something, and this girl wants attention, she will text message me relentlessly. I put her on dnd the other night and she text messaged me 37 times. It was a weeknight and I was going to bed. And in her messages she’s always like “with another girl huh”? Let’s be clear, I’m not in a relationship with her. But she is a good lay.

Then if I message her sometime when I want to see her, she just ignores me and responds whenever she feels like it. I’m starting to feel like this is a sneaky ***** though. Anytime I’m free on a weekday during the afternoon she wants to hang out, Sunday night she will hang out, or any weekday after 10pm-11pm she wants to chill. Never ever available on Friday, Saturday, or weekdays between 4:30pm to 10:00pm.

Either she has a main bf and you're the side or she goes out partying every weekend or she has a series of men each scheduled into a certain section of the week

This right here was what I meant yesterday when I posted in another thread that while FWBs\plates are cheaper than LTRs they still are not completely pain in the ass free like hookers as you gotta waste your time maintaining them. And part of that is dealing with this kinda BS right here. OP she probably texted "with another girl huh?" right about the time one of her other dudes went to the bathroom to get her a towel to clean herself up from his gizz. If a plate is not available on your schedule then I say boot her from the rotation. That's just what I did yesterday. She told me she had to meet her ex at 11am to take care of some unfinished legal business from when they lived together and would be at my house at 3pm. I get a text at 1:30pm that she was canceling for "family reasons" but she didn't articulate why.. My gut said that her meeting with her ex ended up being more than just legal business. So I texted her and told her that our schedules are too different and I did not wish to continue seeing her. If she wants to rail her ex that's fine, but I didn't appreciate being lied to and canceled on. If she wanted to play the family card as an excuse to cancel she shoulda put the effort into giving me more detail so it sounded believable. I'm not an idiot. And OP, neither are you. Which is why I hope you got other plates and can stop wasting your time with this one.

I messaged her a bit later l that because she did this I will not be talking to her for the next 30 days, and if she does it again I’ll take another 30 days lol. 30 days is too long, 7 is more right (assuming your goal was simply to punish/teach a lesson rather than dump or replace)

I am not sure why you would tell a woman that you are not talking to her for 30 days blah blah. Its like you are making weak threats and she knows that you wont back the talk up.

Its best to just withdraw the attention unannounced and leave her wondering. Then you can always just come back and say "We can hook up occasionally on these days and times, but I wont be available to you on the weekends anymore".

I never understood this. Constantly maintaining plates was so much effort back in the day. Once you've established a solid LTR the only maintenance is spending time with them. I text way less in my currently LTR than I ever did spinning plates and she typically just slots into my schedule week to week. She's super low maintenance and is eager to please me in bed and I don't think she'd let me say no to sex when she's peaking on her cycle. On top of that I just enjoy her company. I mean to each his own but for me it's a no brainer.

Ok. So haven’t talked to her for 5 days. The other night she messages me and says that she was driving by my house and saw me with new girl. Said she’s cute. Sends me a heart emoticon. Then sends me a picture of her and some dude. Then says she’s happy now. Then says bye. I didn’t respond because it seemed lame and manipulative and kind of weird.
