I've let women move in with me as LTRs and paid for their house, electricity, water, Internet, food, etc, etc. Now I just do FWBs and while those are a he|| of a lot cheaper than LTRs it still takes some effort to find them and maintain them. A prostitute twice a month at $150/pop would be something I would heavily consider if they were legal and close to me. In the amount of time it takes me to blow a wad vs the amount of time and money it takes to find, escalate, maintain, etc a sexual interest there's no telling how many times over I could have made the price of a sex provider, with zero headache involved. Getting/seducing women is not the problem once you've ran the gamut and ego is of no concern. It's all related to the nature of sex, and the genders. I was reading some seduction material, it was saying don't compliment women on their beauty, because that is the same as a woman saying "Wow, you've got a big wallet, I want to go out with you". It was saying that complimenting a woman on her beauty is complimenting her on something you want to use her for.

Well, why doesn't that work the other way around? If a girl says "You are handsome", why is that not something that she can use you for? Why is one forbidden but the other not?

Now, I'm not necessarily convinced that you shouldn't compliment a woman on her beauty, but the nature of the genders is different.
