Interesting. I've planned some topics of conversation with girls I've liked before, just so I didn't draw a blank. I didn't want to plan what I said too carefully though, because that seemed to kill all spontaneity. I just limited it to topics I wanted to talk about. But I knew those girls to some extent, I would find it hard to plan out what to say to a complete stranger on a cold approach. I guess I can see the appeal of it though.
It takes me time to word things because a lot of the things i say are jokes and my sentences generally need mental refining before being spoken, I'm pretty bad at improv or spontaneity (which is why at the end of every conversation i think of 1000 better things to say than what i actually said, but didn't have a chance to think about mid convo)
