It's funny that they have Tyler from RSD on that video saying that "Looks don't do anything", that it isn't even a nice bonus. I think he's since backed off from that stance, however. It used to be that "Looks don't matter" was a key aspect of PUA theory though. When I first came here you would get your post deleted if you said looks matter.

Regarding the idea that women are not as visual as men: I don't think the point is that women are not visual at all, clearly they are. It only makes sense that they respond to visual clues of testosterone and good health. I think the point is that women are not as visual as men. And I don't see how they could possibly be as visual as men. Because with men, attraction is nearly 100% looks. We don't care at all about a woman's money or status usually, but women do. So as a percentage, there's no way women could be as visual as men.

That's not to say things like personality are not important to men, it's just that it's not really part of the attraction phase. Once attraction is established, then each person applies his or her own filters, depending on what is important to them. But for men, we can usually tell if we are attracted to a girl just by looking at her. From there she may qualify or disqualify herself.

I know several girls that I have always been physically attracted to, but from a personality standpoint, I just don't like them. Funny how that works.
Pre-WALL women (18-22) are as visual as men.

As women approach the wall they become less visual because they can no longer afford it. Don't mistake the lowering of standards to cash in her chips with not being visual lol. Men stay visual for life because we can afford to do that. Women can't lol.

Why do you see FAT obese animals with men? Same thing. Some people trade attraction for having more security. Its not that complex.

You actually have to argue the CONTENT itself. You can't just b*tch about how it is presented lol.

Weak.

The point you fail to recognize, is that there is no content, and what is presented is riddled with clips of reality TV, small sample sizes, and spouting opinions as facts without justifiable proof

I feel like I am trying to explain calculus to a 5-year old, and the ignorance is making my head hurt. That's very unfortunate for you...

There is loads of content backed up by real world examples.

I think looks don't matter has always been a stance to reply to guys who think that they're never going to succeed without looking like bradd pitt or a body builder, but it mistankenly got adopted as a general principle

Sort of like how keep texting sparse was supposed to be for newbies who'd text stupid **** 24/7 and turn a girl off, but got adopted as a general principle

In both cases, they're right in the place they're meant to be used, but break apart when you try to apply it to everyone in all situations.

So if you say "i wanna get laid, frequency and consistency and being able to pick and choose are unimportant" looks don't matter

But if you wanna get laid every weekend, or be able to get 9's consistently and not just when they're wasted/trying to get back at their boyfriend/rebounding from their ex, or pick and choose specific girls to go get rather than only the ones that happen to like you, THEN that's where looks matter.

As you probably know, PUA focuses on the former situation. Approaching 1000 HB9's til you find the drunk one that's mad at her boyfriend, not getting that one hot girl in your salsa class

I would much much much prefer to go out with a girl making 80K a year who is smart/educated than a dumb waitress making 20K a year if they're both attractive

How is that so much different than women?

Because you wouldn't go out with an HB6 that makes more money than a broke HB8

Nor would you turn down an HB9 for not making enough money

ehh I don't know if I would be okay dating a woman who is extremely broke/terrible at managing finances, no matter how hot she is. That can easily destroy your life as a man like myself who is making six figures. It's about the equivalent of giving these poor black kids huge money in the NBA and they all go broke immediately after because they have no idea how to manage it

Women aren't turning down an HB9 either for being broke dude. A male 9 is close to male model standards, he ain't getting turned down too often.

I do agree that women probably care a little more about resources/status and men care a little more about looks but the difference isn't anywhere near as big as the PUA community makes it out to be. Me personally, I care just as much about non looks things as I do looks things.

That's your personal preference though, part of your filter system (IMO). It's not part of the attraction stage. You said yourself: "IF they are both attractive". Once you've established the attraction, then you move to your own filters, like whether or not they are productive in their careers. Generally speaking, guys aren't attracted by what women do for a living, they don't really care. It's more important in our culture, but we could just as easily be living in a culture where women play a more domestic role. There's no built in instinctual wiring for men to be attracted to a woman's career choices.

you can argue that women are kinda similar - once they have 4 men they are attracted to, they filter on the 4 based on career/personality/etc... They're initially attracted based on looks

Another common argument is there are tons of hot women with mediocre looking dudes...well I see tons of good looking men with very mediocre looking women also. I saw a tall handsome white guy yesterday with a horrible looking woman.

A lot of this stuff is probably more based on each individual person, than an overall gender thing

To be fair most people have lame jobs, if a girl is a stripper (or any other kind of dancer) or a model (indirectly because being a model would both mean she passes baseline attractiveness standards and that she'd learn how to be extra sexy all the time as part of the job) then that would definitely be something that increases attraction

a woman's status matters to a guy who is seeking bragging rights. That doesn't apply to all or most guys, but if you're looking to pat yourself on the back or get high fives from all your friends a woman being famous or the head cheerleader or whatever would definitely attract you

This is implying that you're gonna let anyone who isn't a trustworthy professional handle your money without your direct supervision and approval

Don't do that.

Hmmm okay you're right, but my point was that getting turning down over money is a thing that women would do to men that men would never do to women

Well PUAs are about sex, hookups, dating, short term relationships, etc. So in that respect, a woman who you're going to smash for 3 months then drop primarily needs looks and sex skills.

Again, I never said a woman's career didn't matter, I said it wasn't part of the attraction phase. It falls under the filtering category, where everyone has their own preferences. For instance, I've seen many posts here from guys who said "No wife of mine will ever work".

I agree there would be some status from dating a cheerleader. If a woman was famous, honestly I'd rather not deal with the problems that would most likely accompany that.

Similarly, I would never date a stripper. A stripper is basically the same thing as a wh0re to me, she's selling her body and sexuality to crowds of men. She might be physically appealing, but I would be disgusted by what she did for money.

When you say a girl being a stripper means she passes baseline attractiveness standards, that reminds me of some bottom of the barrel dive bar strip clubs I had been in back in the '80s lol. It was not uncommon at all for a stripper to be fat or ugly.

Well, I'd point out that those jobs give her a lot of things that would raise her attractiveness

Flexibility, dance skills, knowing how to strike a sexy pose, etc. Are all things that would increase attraction directly related to being a gymnast or whatever.

My mom used to watch deseperate housewives so i definitely know that it's a bad idea to leave your woman at home to her own devices lmao

Oh right, good point. I'm different than most guys in that i wouldn't care that much about something like that (depending on what kind of club it is. If she's giving *******s for coke in the backrooms then nope nope nope), as long as I'm getting a great deal, better than any other guy is getting from a girl, what she does aside from that isn't my concern

You raise a good point here, being a stripper doesn't necessarily imply a good stripper at a good strip club lol

LMS is not the entire story.

There is also the bio clock and the WALL to take into consideration. Math is another factor. How many men with looks, MONEY and status are there compared to HOT women? How many of those men are willing to commit in a relationship with a woman post WALL?

If you blue pill clowns would stay on topic and stop making the conversation about Urbanyst, we might actually have an interesting and informative discussion here. Too bad most of you are afraid of the facts and try to deny any red pill truth that doesn't boost your ego lol.
Well you've contradicted yourself then. If LMS is the primary factor for attraction, then a woman's age (the wall) shouldn't matter. You've admitted that it's possible that something can trump LMS so therefore LMS isn't always the primary factor. Why is it possible that the wall can override LMS but game (emotional stimulation) can't do the same? The idea that LMS is the only thing that interacts with biology is silly. Game plays on biological drives as well.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I'm not so sure about that. I agree younger women are more visual than older women, but they're not immune to the effects of money and status. Even in high school, they might go for a guy with a nice car (money), the captain of the football team (status), have a crush on a teacher (status), etc.

yeah if you browse reddit you can clearly see titles like "Me (25F) always fantased about 30+men since I was 13"

imo 30+ are equally shallow as these 20+

Agree.

Looks, MONEY and status determine a woman's interest level at all ages. But the younger she is, the stronger the impact.

LMS is the primary factor for attraction.

Of course the WALL matters. When a woman's options decline she starts seeking stability over attraction.

You're blue pill if you think women have to be attracted to you to date you lol.

LOL.
