Stomach pain from eating too much?

I was on my mass diet for 3 days and i am dying on the bed now due to stomach pain.

I eat things like:
- eggs and pasta
-bread,ham,cheese
- meat (before sleeping)

Maybe meat is wrong for night?

Why are you eating anything right before bed? Seems like that definitely would hurt your stomach. Beyond that, maybe you are allergic to something you ate.

i eat protein (meat) 1h before bed to make my muscles grow during the night. should I eat it 2h before?

I would not eat anything past 7 pm, or whenever your dinner usually is (some people eat at 7 or so). That would be my preference if I could control that, but I can't in my life, have a family to feed, so usually eat about 6.

If you must eat something, drink a protein shake.

Dont be too concerned about catabolism, instead think that going to sleep with a light stomach will allow you to sleep deeper and rebuild your muscles and burn fats.

If you go to sleep full, the only thing is you get is crappy sleep therefore messed up metabolism and lower gh and testosterone.

If you are eating an heavy meal make sure its at least 3 hours before goingo to sleep, better yet if you can have a slow walk an hour after...also drink water before and after not during the meal.

Geez Google diverticulitis decide you don't want it and get a whole lot more veg and fibre into your diet. As a quick fix get onto one of those soluble fiber supplements from drugstore.
thats some hardcore level gross-ness

Soluble fibre is seriously good stuff apart from keeping your guts in good working order it can also lower cholesterol. Pearl barley, oats and chickpeas will also lower cholesterol given your animal protein intake I suggest you add them to your diet. This is what people don't realize if you add enough of the right good stuff you can get away with eating a lot more of the fun stuff. If you have a high animal food intake I would also suggests that you get on pomegranate juice and red cabbage because it protects from fatty liver.

I dont really like these things mentioned.

What veggies and fruits would work best to get rid of digesting problems?

Like I said first thing is to grab one of those soluble fibre supplements because that's that's fixing the problem immediately. The old saying is have a rainbow on your plate you need a variety. So easiest thing to do is just buy those pre-prepared coleslaws and salad mix is at the supermarket. Just leave off the horrible chemical sauces that come with them. Those frozen ice cube portions of kale and spinach are also great. Easy to add to stir fries and pasta. For fruits,. Watermelon, orange melon what we call rockmelon over here, berries red seedless grapes cherries and especially blueberries all have amazing nutrition and the fructose and fruits doesn't affect your gi Like Sugar from other sources does. That's been studied again and again for diabetics. Buy yourself a big bag of unsalted mixed nuts and then your diet is bloody excellent

I ate veggies and fruits and it unblocked ****ting + felt better after 2h

I dont think meat is recommended at night
