I just finished this workout I'm fond of: Gain 10 Pounds of Muscle in 4 Weeks

Granted I didn't actually expect to gain 10 pounds in a month, but I like the 4 day split and needed a new regimen for a month. Now that I'm finished, I'll replace some of the workouts (push-ups instead of dips, decline bench press instead of regular, etc.) and continue.

Also, don't skip legs when trying to add muscle. That's ridiculous.

I had very big gains after half a year. But I was really dedicated, going strong, eating a lot, little experienced (but more than most newcomers), even overtraining myself (which is bad but i got gains anyway, imagine if i didnt overtrain myself).

after that half a year women were staring at me shocked.

however dont expect this quick gains @RichardTheFrog . newcomers dont know much and they arent dedicated, example @bigneil goes year for gym and no little change

How many days per week did you lift? And how long per session?

You've asked this before. The answer is still the same. Compound, multi-joint movements lifted at a relatively heavy intensity, a solid plan of progressive overload, follow up with high rep isolation movements, eat, sleep and repeat. Look into Jim Wendler 5/3/1, Paul Carter Base building, Christian Thibadeau Best damn workout for natties, Josh Bryant powerbuilding, Westside for skinny bastards, etc and find something you think you can stick to.
