There's no indication in what you said that he wants to fight you. Unless you are good at martial arts (most Americans don't even know how to throw a punch) stay the f*uck away, or you will be hurt.
Besides you need to be above all this. You are not a dog to fight for a piece of p*ssy.

Unfortunately you're going to have to just deal with it. He's not going to go anywhere. Until he meets someone else will he possibly accept you being with his ex wife.

I'd drop this girl like a bad habit. You don't know the guys version of the story.

Right behind you
OP always try to hear out both sides of the story before making a decision. That is the best way to be just. I applaud you for sticking to your guns and saying that you’re sure that you won’t leave her. If worse comes to worst, just be prepared to fight, maybe get a gun or something, and maybe try to keep him away from you and those you care about as much as possible. Don’t be the one to throw the first punch just because of he legal aspects behind these stupid ****ing laws, but always be sure that you’re throwing the last one. Then file for a restraining order or something.

thanks but the gun idea is a no no been prepared to fight is good sense tho.i know what i mean but its not just her side of the story ive heard. its his own families too and my gfs work mate who knew them both thru the whole thing. he used to bring home one night stands and tell his little girl she can call them mum. he cheated on my gf and then when she left him he wouldnt move out of the house her dead parents left her and now he rents it out to people and gives her and the child almost no money and asking his little girl for my address and other things is showing his true colours

Women who are a pain in the ass to deal with just aren't worth it. It doesn't matter if she's hot or is a "nice person", the mountain of garbage they bring to your life causes unneeded stress. Just think of how much stress would be eliminated from your life if you were to get rid of her and find a woman who doesn't have a kid with a controlling ex.

A woman should be adding happiness to your life. This one is not.

This here.
I dated a mom for 3 years and altho enjoyed her and the kid having to deal with the ex and hear about him every other day is exhausting and adds stress to your rela.
Secondly, I can fight, 2 things I can do above most others is fight and sports, however i would NEVER fuch up my freedom and money on a low life dude. Get in a fight and arrested you could also lose your job. Ain't worth it.
If you have to defend yourself so be it. Other than that don't ruin your life.
Something else doesn't add up why in the world is this guy controlling this girls parents home?? One phone call to the police and that chit ends.

Girls always leave out some useful facts.

So, so far nothing has occurred except you know the ex is jealous (and pathetic) because he's using the kid too get Intel on you.

This modus operandi can be very damaging to a kid, btw

So there's nothing to do. It irritates you yea. You can't stop it. Apparently your woman isn't astute enough to say "stop messing our kid up, if you have questions about him, ask, me" but there's nothing to do. It is what it is. Dont cause drama where there is none, especially over nothing.

You're going to have to confront this guy then. Not necessarily in a bad way. Try the nice approach first by grabbing a beer and if that doesn't work then let him know that his behavior will eventually come with consequences.
