Is it decent? Terrible? Good enough? Good enough if I'm also rich or smart?

I really don't enjoy working out. Takes too long and just not fun for me.

Plus, I'm not sure it would yield results. I've seen lots of buff guys get no girls. Like almost every time I go out.

Being stronger never hurts. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. You don't have to spend a ton of time in the gym to build strength or mass. Concentrate on squatting, benching, deadlifting and pressing overhead. Start on starting strength, strong lifts or greyskull 5x5 and then jump on Jim Wendler's 531, westside for skinny baztards, etc. Forget about all the beach body fluff stuff and you will be in and out in 30-40 minutes a session if you do one movement a day or about an hour twice per week if you combine an upper and lower movement.

So how many days per week working out is this?

2, 3 or 4. You could do deadlift/overhead press one day and squat/bench for a two day a week schedule. Deadlift on Monday, OHP Wednesday, squat on Friday and bench on the following Monday for 9 day/3day a week cycle or do each lift on a separate day each week for a four day split.

The most important part is using a program that uses big compound multi joint movements and a solid plan of progression, eating and sleeping.

I think you're fine. Again, doesn't matter if you're skinny or buff. But being large is a plus. I'd reccomend bulking up, and hitting the gym hard. There are a lot of workout plans you can find. The only difficult part with working out is commitment.

its so bad. your body is so tiny that it pefectly suits your negative attitude.

just do some pushups in home and it will train your upper body parts. dont look like a wimp.

doing pushups will bring you small muscle mass and very ripped look

I don't think I look like a wimp, I think I scare people. I've actually been kicked out of bars for being scary lol.

I'm not ugly. I have money, but don't want to give it to them. I don't care to be social unless it's a rare occasion that I'm drunk which happens maybe a few times per year.

I see what you're saying BUT money isn't my only quality. I'm a hardcore badass. But I can't possibly act as psychotic as I'm capable of on a daily basis, so I appear calm. Lol.

It's more than just prison. Also broke my neck and back one time. Spent a good while recovering from a spinal cord injury. That's why I look at 99% of other guys and see them as wimps. They walk and talk like they're tough, but I know it's not true. It's unfortunate that the females don't see it that way also, because they are rather stupid and lacking in life experience. They are just impressed by nonsense as long as it meets the cultural norm.

And this doesn't even mention intelligence.

But I agree with you on the funny conservation part. I have none of that to give. I probably bore them as much as they bore me.

I was 6 foot 2 and "normally built" plus a bit of a comedian, bedded probably 1 woman every 6 weeks

Im now 240lb still have a little bit of weight on my torso, total clothing appearance change and theres no more Jokes its just full on Charisma or less is more

Yeah I am 6'3'' and it helps a lot. thats probably the only quality that lets me pick chicks. along with my abs. and some stories that i tell over again and again (lol) because I dont have new interesting ones yet, haha!

Its very safe approach when you have a SET of funny stories that you can always tell on first date. Then all u have to do is to actually go on a date.

But it works so who cares these chicks from OLD have sick requirements anyway. 30 years ago their requirements would never be fulfilled. no access to such big range of men.

Sometimes when I get a couple on dating app with a girl that just joined then she seems fine, eager to date, etc. After 2 weeks of access to this many options their requirements grow so hard.

But yes, I can ask what they have to offer me. It's something I wonder every time I look at them.

I have about 100 good looking girls that I could talk to right now using money on various websites. So obviously it's worth something.

I've never bought anyone gifts. I just pay money for sex, and I don't even like doing that.

I've already been to prison. That's where you go if you blow things up or start fires.
