You're risking having your head filled with opinions from many different perspectives when you meet this person, and essentially judging her before she has even opened her mouth.
If you don't mind advice from a female, maybe just go with no expectations/ assumptions, just the intention of enjoying yourself, it's your date too right?

The biggest problem you're going to encounter (which may not be immediately evident) is that she has one or two men in her past who will always be more important than you ever will.

Hopefully you will get lucky and there will be something wrong with her reproductive organs, although that can lead to her having other psychological problems. It's also possible she just doesn't like kids and had her tubes tied. However, these are best case scenarios.
Regardless of whatever the reason is, she's going to be fvcked up in some way, shape or form.
Well, I am going to have to cancel the date. I did a search on this woman’s social media profiles but she had only photos of herself from four years ago so I clicked on one of her friends page and there were a ton of recent photos of her hanging with her friend. She is now about forty pounds overweight and doesn’t look anything like her OLD photos. Does she even deserve a text back telling her I am not meeting up on Tuesday. Stay vigilant my friends!

Oh gee that's the crappy thing about OLD.
I would suggest texting to say you have to cancel and not offering another time, and not responding if she suggests another time, that should be a hint to her hopefully. You don't owe her anything at this point but find a way to kill the text communication by giving a hint that you are not interested.

I was going to suggest that you be alert to the signs of a drinking problem but it's a moot point now.
But absolutely, send a courtesy text with a plausible excuse for canceling. We are dealing with real people here. Treat others the way you wish to be treated. It will serve you well.
Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

I bet if she just posted her current pics she would still get replies, maybe not from the men she prefers but I bet it's not fun having a lot of first and only dates with men because I bet that's what's happening with her. A lot of post date ghosting I would say.

She’s depending on her great and awesome personality to overcome the pic discrepancy (weight denial), but false advertising in any market is still false advertising.
