I have a friend, mid 30s smoking hot... she's a mistress to three different married dudes, these are the only guys she fvcks, or so she says. Her whole life is financed by them. An apartment in the French Quarter, a Saab, money. She's a prostitute in everything but name. But she also has a string of orbiters that float around and take her to dinners... etc.
She's been doing this since she dropped out of college after she had an affair with a Dean at Tulane, One of her 'boyfriends' left her a property company in his will, that apparently his family knew nothing about, when he died... most of the property was derelict and in need of repairs. This was just after Katrina. I partnered with her, and one of her other 'boy-friends' to get these properties ready for rental. They needed me because a lot of these properties had defunct mortgage and disaster loan liens on them, that needed to be cleared, so I did this for a piece of the ongoing rental income... she tired to pull her charms on me, but I told her I never mix business with pleasure... and I only work for MONEY. She laughed and said she was glad all men were not like that, and have been friends ever since.
One of her other BF owns one of the largest construction contracting firms in the city, so most of the repair and renovation she got him to do it for sex. I owe 15% of this company and my part nets, after tax and expenses about $1,000 a month, on the original 13 properties... so she's netting $80K a year just on the original acquisition. She's bought more property over the last 10 years, that I'm not a part of, so her NET just on rental income is about $110k a year... and she does nothing but rake it in because she has a property management company do everything. She has other businesses as well... a couple of hair salons... a dry cleaning business, and some other things. so she's making a whole lot more than I'm aware.
Even after she hits the wall, she'll be doing great... in the meantime she can keep building her assets by keeping her 'boy-friend's" balls empty. And using stupid dudes that do not know they do not have a chance with her.
