then when i bring up getting together a handful go ghost i obviously dont pursue

We need more details, though - specifically:

- How many messages are you sending before asking them out?
- What kinds of things are you saying in these messages to build rapport/comfort?
- What is your transition from normal convo to asking for a date?
- What kind of dates are you asking for in your request?

I think the woman is more the consumer. There are one hundred brands of toothpaste on the aisle. Unlike the male of the species, she actually enjoys the process of shopping. She will stop and consider a single brand, and read the label, before moving on and dallying about before the next one, and then the next one, and so on. After an extended process of deliberation and distraction she may or may not decide to buy one. She is in la la land.
