  • On the left is the photo I showed earlier at 225 lb (mirrored as the other photo is mirrored).
  • On the right is me Sunday at 215 lb (right after I ran into my ex who I hadn't seen since May).
My skin is shinier now as I've removed toxins. I got my body into a fat burning state and I'm dropping one pound per week. @guru1000 who requested updates, thanks.

I am 6'5".

My body really started looking ripped when I started doing burpees and pull ups. I have a better body now than I did in my 20's and I used to work out in my 20's too.. but not as much as now.

Honestly you lost some weight but my God man...does your trainer have you lifting weights? I see no muscular progress at all...for 8 months if you have been lifting you need a new trainer...dead ass serious.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Do you do burpees everyday? How many sets do you do

Good work on the fat loss Neil.

Perhaps you could share your gym routine, particularly the weight lifting side of things, to see if there is any Thing you might be missing

These photos show 2 months progress, not 8 months progress.

My lean muscle mass is around 190lb. Not sure how much muscle you guys think a person is supposed to have, but Tom Brady doesn't have much more.

I work out M, W, F from 6am-7am. Chest/Back/abs, Legs/Abs and Arms/Shoulders/Abs. 10 min per session cardio.

Note: Tom Brady is 6'4" 225 and 16% fat. So he has 189lb of lean muscle mass. I have close to those numbers.

Tom Brady also does 100000% the cardio you probably do. And even if he doesn't. Who looks up to Tom Brady as the person they want to physically look like?
He isn't build nor is he buff. Because he does not need to. He's never been known as a mobile quarterback either. He just has a great arm for throwing and pinpoint accuracy

No point exercising your ab muscles.

Which exercises? Are you squatting? Are you deadlifting? Are you doing rows, pull ups, and bench press and military press? And how many reps and sets? What weight?

Good work Neil. I would say you are at about 17% bf, so target weight would be 200 lbs at 10% bf.

1) Focus on compound exercises to build your core:
a) Squats;
b) Dead Lifts;
3) Bench Press;
4) Barbell Rows.

2) Try to add at least 5 lbs on each of these core exercises each week striving for a 5-7 rep range. Higher weight translates to greater muscle development.

3) Once you shed the 15 lbs of fat and build your core, we'll see what your physique looks like and tweak for aesthetic lifts.

Not bad Neil...

I just recently started my cut while mid-way through the Arnold Blueprint to Mass bodybuilding.com workout.

I'm doing 8% incline on the treadmill at 3-7 MPH almost every day as per @Espi's suggestion. I don't get off the treadmill until I hit my milestone of 400 calories burned.

Stepped up the clean eating and I'm watching my sugar/starch intake like a hawk.

I've done this for a week or so daily. Too early to see results. I have two body fat % readers, but they aren't accurate.

I'm anywhere between 10~20% bf at 5'8", 162 lbs. o_O

Who in their right old trains to look like Tom Brady? Why don't you aim for someone like Nigel Bradham or JJ Watt??

  • Tom Brady is the greatest and one of the healthiest quarterbacks of all time and is married to a supermodel. He is close to my age and follows an organic diet like I do. He's not into heavy weight lifting.
  • Nigel is a 6'2" 240 linebacker. I'd need to be 260 to look like him.
  • JJ Watt is my height - he is 295 lb. Absolutely an unhealthy weight. Probably did steroids. Our knees and ankles can't take that weight, not at my age.
Those guys tackle Tom Brady and he gets right up. And women would rate him the best looking. My ex girlfriend was from Atlanta and watched the Super Bowl with me and after he won his 5th she said "He's so handsome!"

My aim is to be healthy and strong.

You can't really do both (toning and bulking up) simultaneously so far as I know.
Exactly.

Our body will first burn off the fat, then purge toxins, then take on a specular shine, then add muscle. Plus I'm 47. I don't add muscle that fast.

For a 2 month period (set up by 6 months of working out), I'm happy with the results.

I've been eating tons of organic berries (granted with vodka). Avoiding dairy. Cutting down on grains. Bone in Texas beef. Marrow. Homemade salsa.

Yeah but secretly Giselle dreams of spending a night with Nigel Bradham and getting her pvssy destroyed by a jacked, muscular guy...

And I know plenty of women who would pick JJ Watt's look over Tom Brady.

JJ Watt is 6'7" btw...
