Do you expect that someone asking if they should use gear on a message board is going to know to administer it properly and scientifically?

Point remains not worth the consequences.

For me, working out is about health first. may as well put poison in your body.

A natural strong physique is sufficient and can be built in 2 years of consistent diet and training.

In my mind at 6-2 175 you could look more muscular than Bradd Pitt in Fight Club or you could look plain and unfit. You have youth and extraordinary height, which tells me that you likely want to add quality muscle and definition. Recent pics tell the true story, but if you simply want to add more muscle and definition than steroids are only going to help you, in my opinion.

This is where I again emphasize informed, moderate, commonsensical steroid use. Study up on steroids. Read those who endorse and those oppose. I encourage you to Google "HBO Real Sports Steroids." Read Jose Canseco's tell-all book, "Juiced."

How hard have you trained and what have you eaten and drank the past 6 weeks?
What kind of lift numbers are you putting up @Espi

But you'd be able to get a more attractive physique from it than just being natural. Wouldn't it also give you more confidence since you'd know you look better?

In 2015 my doctor prescribed 200 mg/week of test cypionate and I find that dosage to be perfect for me. Helps me easily maintain leanness and muscle (I maintain a very clean, nutrient-dense diet and train intensely, 4-5xs a week, 4-5 hours per week).
This brings something to mind:
I'm guessing you maintain one of the more healthy lifestyles here. But it appears you are saying here that eating clean and training intensely alone is not enough for you to maintain leanness and muscle.

In light of that, doesn't it seem a little unfair when people hold women in contempt when they gain a little weight? They don't have as much testosterone as males.

I can't recommend putting **** into your body for a slightly "better" look. A strong masculine body is fully achievable with diet and lifting.

I'm 160 lbs, 9% body fat, never taken gear.

Squat - 275 X 3, full depth
Bench - 240 X 3
Deadlift - 365 X 3
Weighted Pullups - X 3 with 45 lb weight
Pendlay Rows - 185 X 3

Sure, I could take gear. But.... why? It's just worse health at this point. I'm only 28.

Those are very respectable numbers at your weight, how tall are you?

Diet not too strict just no juice or soda and good vegetabld intake
Nice work bro, would you say it helped you a lot with girls like did you notice a big change after you put on muscle?

You should know gear side effect (your D becomes impotenty)... so sûre à great body for attracting girls is nice.. but à D to be usable is better.
You don't need gear... you need good food habit with a good training program

Guys using steroid for muscle gains to attract women is analogous to girls getting breast implants. I have nothing against either of them.

Sure it'll get you attention from the opposite sex.

Unless you are in a profession that needs that edge, you are risking your long term health for something as abundant as pvssy.

Is that a trade off you want to make?

get yourself in shape(not ott) with powerful forearms and trim not shave your chest hair unless it doesnt grow well fair enough

Tren ****ed me up, I did 3 cycles and in absolutely no way it helps with girls especially when you're on gear.. Your anxiety is trought the roof. The only compliment I had when I had my best physique ( the pure chemical shredded v taper looks ) was from guys.. Girls doesnt seem to like when you dont look natural
