How much does lifting affect getting girls?

Don't count calories, try to eat raw, green, local, organic.

1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of steam distilled or reverse osmosis water daily.
The only thing that bothers me is being skinny like I don't know exactly how much to eat bc I wanna gain muscle and get bigger but I also don't wanna overeat and become a fatass but I don't wanna not eat enough to not gain lol.

When you're skinny you think any weight gain is good. Gaining fat is not good.

Does working out make a big difference with girls and how people treat you? Do girls treat you differently, do they show more interest or approach?
Made a HUGE difference in how people treated me and my confidence overall. Being in shape and having a musclar frame in my opinion is a natural state of a healthy man. Now in terms of getting laid, it made things MUCH easier but I still had to take action and initiate. Women didn't start approaching me because I was in shape but the response I got from them when I initiated was night and day different.

How would you describe the difference like do you have examples of how it changed? For me I've been told and rated I'm good looking facially and all that blah blah but I feel like my body isn't anywhere near good enough for a girl to get turned on and wanna bang. Recently I saw this hot blonde girl and I would've loved to fuk her but I didn't even have confidence to approach her and felt ****ty after but felt like she would've rejected me

It really has nothing to do with how big you are. And no you don't need roids.

It's about being healthy. Being healthy is natural. Lifting weights and eating right pumps you full of testosterone and THAT is what gives a man his ambition, his drive and his purpose in life. Healthy men are full of testosterone. They go after the education they want, they go after the types of jobs they want and they go after women. Men wanting women and women wanting men is NATURAL and healthy. Sex is natural and healthy and the more healthy you are, i.e. in shape, eating the right foods and having ambition, the more naturally all of this stuff comes TO YOU. To me, this all started when I started lifting and eating right. That Testosterone that you'll get is what will make your life complete. So there isn't a certain size you should be aiming for. What you should be striving for is making your mind and body strong and for a-lot of guys this is based around living a healthy life, again, eating right, staying in shape, etc. THIS is what will give you your ambition and drive in life.

You asked me for some examples of how I've seen this play out in my life. Specifically when it comes to women, it's made things easier. I still have to put the effort in and I still get rejected but the women who I do date and have sex with are animalistically drawn to me. Sex is much more passionate and intense. They naturally enjoy my leadership in the relationship and they naturally want me to lead. This is all natural and healthy and it's because I AM a healthy man. I am sound of mind and body and AGAIN this all started for me in the weight room and by eating right. Don't aim for a certain size or shape, just start lifting weights and eating right and your life will magically transform itself. You will start going for want you want in life (jobs, education, women, opportunites). It all starts with testosterone. Damn thanks for the advice man, how much of a Test increase would you say it is, is it like you notice and feel differently quickly after starting to eat healthy and lift? To be honest I've thought before I may have low T but ppl have told me nah no way. I've felt that I have some symptoms of it.

Lifting is a lot like cars...many, many misguided guys will think that they will "get girls" because of it; when in reality, you're just going to attract other guys who are into lifting and cars. It's a very, very funny thing.

And most women don't go for body builders and want more of a lean and cut type of guy. Working out is great for confidence and just feeling better about yourself, but don't over do it and think that big muscles will get you girls...because most of them honestly aren't into it and well, you'll just be the dopey loser living at the gym thinking that he's "not big enough, and that's why she doesn't want me, so I gotta get more gainzzzz". Yet another very, very funny thing.

I first started lifting weights my freshman year in college and have been pretty much addicted to it after the first couple of sessions. Can't say HOW MUCH of an increase it was but again that's focusing on the wrong things. Just start doing it and you'll start feeling better.

Just 3 hours a week (and a great diet) is enough to see every muscle and vein in your body change within 6 months.

I work out M, W, F from 6am-7am with a trainer who busts my ass for that hour. 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes abs, 40 minutes of M (arms/shoulders), W (chest/back), F (legs).

Our abs and jawline reveal whether or not we work out. Those (along with your hair and teeth) are the telltale signs that young women use to rate older men.

Depends. If you are social and happy person it wont help as much (but it still make a great combintion). Because Keeping very fit makes you happy about your look, it also produes endorfins, it makes your brain more active. Women LOVE good looking muscle guys. In my case im a pussey if I dont train on gym and I dont have interactions (positive) with people each day (talking joking etc, for example in good job) - i dont have enough confidence, im a wuss, and i dont produce enough testosteerone.


However GYM changes me 180. Best works with good jobs (cuz social interactions on gym arent enough) however if you are a wuss then physical and mental gain from regular (and often) workouts is incredible. I was happy person just once in my life and it was when i had good job and was doing gym. I was loved for being the biggest/storngest worker there while being young and funny. (and of course doing my job).

Next time i Get in gym I will NEVER stop it because if i dont follow this routine i go back to no-confident wuss real quick.

I'd say I'm more on the depressed and sad side than happy, whenever I appear happy I'm usually faking it bc inside I'm depressed. I've been rated and told I'm good looking facially like oh you're a 7 blah blah but it never seems to get me anywhere idk if it's the fact I look like a 14 year old body wise lol. I'm very damn skinny.

Yeah as I've said I've been told I'm good looking facially not that it matters anyway because my confidence is probably lower than everyone on this entire forum. My body is really skinny, most people have told me it's a good place to start lifting but I don't know if I even really believe that.

This reminds me of a story that I believe is relevant to this post. While muscles and a solid frame are important, it's not a end all be all.

I like to frequent the different cigar bars here in NYC and one of my favorites is the Cigar Inn on 2nd avenue and 54th street. Every now and then there's a group of guys who come in who are all extremely well built alpha male type guys who live and work in the city. One of them is a repo man and is built like a tank, probably in his late 30s early 40s, tatooed from head to toe.

One time I heard one of them telling a story about a trade show he attended in Orlando and later that night at the club some of the magic players were there, including Dwight Howard. Not only were these guys joking around about how they were bigger than Dwight Howard BUT also how awkward the players were. They had their own blocked off section in the club and actually invited these guys to join them and one of these guys blew them off and joked saying "I'm not going up there, there's no p*ssy up there". Lmfao... "You're the super star son, don't be acting confused and stupid".

So while muscle can help it's that alpha attitude that gets panties wet and according to this guy's story the magic players were clueless that night in the club. Fascinating story I thought. What was more incredible and inspiring was the confidence these guys had to clown on the NBA players. No f*cks given whatsoever. While I don't know these guys outside of the cigar bar, they always have women meeting them there and the women who work there are at their beckon call.

Well...you have the unique problem of working out so that 1) you're bulking up and putting on weight...that usually means shorter/slower reps at the highest max weight you can handle, and 2) eating a lot...you have to eat in order to gain weight.

Just saying, but the "eating" half of the equation should be enjoyable, haha. I'd say that slowly putting on weight is a lot easier/better of a routine than trying to cut a lot of weight. I have more of a broader build and it's always been more of a balancing act for me between putting on muscle, but also cutting fat to keep my weight down. You at least get to start from one end and keep going up...in a way, it shouldn't be as complicated for you.

Just go get your @ss in gear and get started.
