if you are a natural lifter, my advice to you would be to try to looked as toned and ripped as possible. as a natural guy you will actually look bigger the more ripped/toned you are. i dont eat or sleep much, but i like to lift and do martial arts several times a week and i like to fast and go for long hours without eating often and i look shredded and toned and women definitely notice even though im not big and bulky. i dont take any supplements other than multivitamins and plant based protein powders(i dont eat meat often, only chicken once in a while), no pre or post workout stuff really. a pre-workout for me is hitting my vaporizer for an hour before i go lift. i dont lift for strength either, i just do higher reps of compound lifts like rows, deadlift, latpulldown, dumbell squat, chest machines(i dont bother with bench press) etc.......i just get more ripped by the day, ive never looked better. back when i was eating all the time trying to bulk i looked way worse, i was trying to eat like a bodybuilder on roids when i wasnt on roids. i had ****ty looks abs, now my midsection looks great all the time.

another thing to remember to is most women are out of shape or dont work out, even really good looking ones, so if a man is even a little bit in shape it can be very noticeable to a female. you defiantly dont have to look like a pro bodybuilder for women to start noticing you.

and one more thing, have any of you noticed the curious case of really in shape women dating guys who arent in shape at all? through my years in the gym ive seen this phenomenon a few times where a really in shape female is dating a guy who doesnt look like he works out at all, and she is all over him the entire time at the gym and even in the parking lot. i assume its either a muscle fetish type thing where the chick gets off on having a weak guy worship her or she just got burned by too many roided alpha type dudes and is now trying to make other guys jealous by being all over some average joe. any thoughts?

The diet man is really what I'm trying to figure out and get locked down before i start. I have no problem buying the food or having enough. Also lots of people have told me to take creatine everyday, preworkout and stuff like that. Do you agree?
you dont need any of those supplements, and you know what foods are healthy to eat. chicken and rice, oatmeal, rice and beans, salads, fruit smoothies etc...

also look into intermittent fasting, it will help you look shredded and ripped and has other benefits, you dont need to stuff your face all day long to look in shape

i forgot to mention, practicing a martial art is one of the best things you can do, if you are in college there are lots of disciplines available to you on campus, you should try to workout with the wrestling team or judo team or boxing team etc .......if you got the money even look for a good martial arts gym outside campus, you will meet a lot of cool people and it will help you grow as a person in addition to helping you keep in shape

I've actually considered joining a bjj gym lately bro. I've had guys telling me I'm in a better spot than a fat guy starting to workout since I don't need to lose fat idk if that's really true. I'm also really horny that's not helping lol

Bro. $150 a week? $600 a month????????? To get trained? I don't even....

I told you in the other thread. I am older than you, but look at my pics in your physique thread. I look mid 30s. That is due in large part because of vit C and lysine. For $45 a month, you could take the C load for post workout and the C energize for pre workout and do much MUCH more for your body than the $600 is doing or you. Read what I said. I take it religiously and have never felt better. And I cannot begin to tell you how good it is for your skin and immunity. I can even get you a free container as a bonus. www.c-fitlife.com
Dude you have the best genetics. I have been working out for 17 years and I'm still scrawny as fvck.

BJJ won't get you in shape... the teacher at the school in his training program

If you want to be fit in a martial art... Boxing or Judo will be the best as they incorporate it as a key concept

Fitness in martial arts is often left as a side business, some incorporate it more but its a case by case.

Get a endurance program + mass taking diet... pic would be useful or get a trainer

Oh yeah I'm definitely not looking as bjj as the way to get in shape moreso as a side thing. With lifting how long do you think it'll take to get a good body if I'm consistent?

Depends on your training... but every 3 months you should notice change and 1 year should put in your target range.

Food and other related physical activities will accelerate your processus

Yeah I've been told and rated by ppl that I'm a 7 facially so I'm wondering if lifting and getting bigger would help bc first off I probably have the lowest confidence possible. The diet man is really what I'm trying to figure out and get locked down before i start. I have no problem buying the food or having enough. I avoid the GNC type supplements. Full of heavy metals usually. Only take supplements that were tested at Health Ranger labs (Natural News store brand is one).

Now I just need to find motivation to go to the gym and stay consistent with it. That's really the hardest part for me.

Hire a trainer like I did. You form a relationship and it will keep you on track.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

I work out at 6am because I'm naturally awake then. For the first 3 months I would always get there at 6:10 but eventually I got stronger and could get there at 6:00.

After 6 months you'll look in the mirror and and realize your body is different. You'll look the way you imagined you looked before.

Yesterday for the first time I saw my biceps looking huge, but only while I'm lifting.

How long do you think it would take to start seeing different reactions and interest from girls?

They will notice after the third workout and will seem excited every time you take your shirt off because you keep getting noticeably better.

You will also f*ck them harder. My last girl said (4 months into the workout program, after sex) "The texture (of your body) isn't so different, but your power and strength are so much higher than they were". I would go 3-4 straight times, until she was too sore to continue (but never complaining), every time.

Two girls age 20-21 saw a recent photo of me with no shirt on (I was thumbing through photos and they said 'wait, go back') and both agreed to go on dates right away. Compare that to 6 weeks earlier when one said "Wait, is that the before?''.

It makes a huge difference to them. Having a chubby upper body is not a turn on. It's something we can conceal and it can kill her attraction right when you are in the hotel or bedroom. On the contrary, when you've been working out and you take your shirt off and they say "You look awesome!" and bite their lip, the sex is great.

How much calories do you think I should take in 3000? And how much water each day?

Don't count calories, try to eat raw, green, local, organic.

1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of steam distilled or reverse osmosis water daily.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
