i do caveat that with :"IF porn is a problem for you" because there may be some guys it doesn't affect too badly, but for me and a lot of others that stuff is sheer poision to our minds.

Joined cause of this thread. I finally took a day off from being busy with school and making money. Poured a glass of wine and lit a joint to reflect on what I've done the past 7 months and take note on what I need to work on. For starters I haven't gotten laid since like February. I'm not looking for a girlfriend cause I don't have the time for one but I do need my distractions. I hit up a pretty lady earlier who's number I got months ago, I figured she'd lost interest by now but she answered. Problem two is I've been a fatass for the past 6 months, I'll be fasting tomorrow and going back to raw veggies fish and chicken next week, I haven't had a religious workout routine in about a year. My biggest problem other than adhering to the diet is not fapping. I wake up every morning with wood cause no sex and have been religious rubbing one out every morning for a while now. I went on a fapping binge today (hehe) and feel like I can do 90 days easy now, think I might even be disgusted with sex for the next few days. But I figured I'd need someone to keep me on check and this thread seems like the solution. I intend on posting something every morning confirming that I didn't play with my willie. Thanks for the inspiration

Gym workouts improving
Nofap is awesome. I did two separate workouts yesterday to cover many sets for legs day. I just started Arnold's blueprint to mass program and holy crap is it kicking my butt. I can feel testosterone building up. I make grunting sounds at the end of failure in sets even though no one was around me. I feel more masculine than I have in a long time and I honestly digging the new strength that's been missing for so long. I'm not becoming a d!ck, but I feel like I'm finally starting to squash/shed that extreme nice AFC guy persona.

Bowling
Utterly destroyed it last night in bowling. Won both games with six people in the lane, haha. I almost felt bad that everyone's score was half mine. I tried to downplay and be humble, I think people saw through that with my mile-wide grin and knowingly glance. I saw my former plate last night at bowling and it was semi-awkward, but I kept it tight and didn't act all woe is me from getting soft-next by her. We did have a moment where we locked eyes. I kinda wonder what was going through her mind. Meh. I flirted with another chica and just maintained good energy talking to everyone that night. I laughed more, high fives on spares and strikes with others.

Feeling a lot better than I what I was feeling a few days ago. Sleep is still tricky, I just need to work on routines to consciously improve that.

Day 15

Brothers (and sisters). Two weeks done. Officially the longest hard mode (pun intended) streak probably of my whole life, since I discovered how my d!ck really works.

Though strangely proud of this 'achievement', I am also philosophical about the whole thing. Only tonight, I am thinking that there exist far greater hardships (pun also intended) than not fapping. It is just a bad habit is all. And bad habits are usually just a compensation for something you wish you had.

-Raging boner this morning for at least half an hour.
-Last 24hours have been tricky. Have been thinking about relapsing, but not too badly. Urges dissipate quickly with some immediate distraction, though are becoming quite regular the last couple of days. Some sexy blonde thing bouncing around in the park yesterday, in a bra and see through top obviously didn't help, especially being there with her humongous bf o_O

Continuing to keep the body and mind active, but am going to have to start pursuing some females next week, by way of outlet; which I am now highly, highly motivated to do, as soon as I have a spare evening to go out.

Day 50. I made it to day fvcking 50. I don't know how but I bloody well did it!

I have to say that over these past 50 days I have been absolutely killing it. I have had so much added motivation from not fapping. Now mind you this might not be because of no fap but it sure as hell seems like it.

I can also say that I have no urge to look at porn anymore or even touch my djck. ThIs frees up so much time to kill in in the gym or with women or at work or clean my room or make food etc etc.

Since I started no fap I have talked to probably 600 women. I have slept with 3 women, and have been on a bunch of dates. Now this is also because I am challenging myself with approaches. But now that I can only cvm with women I am motivated as hell to talk to them set up dates and escalate.

Last two days bit of a flatline but that's not a bad thing

the fog came off 48 hours ago and i was hit with the realizations of "oh man i've been ****ing up for a while now" so you take that emotional hit, feel it and move forward.

All fapping is really is just numbing yourself out, it blinds you to life and where you actually are which leads to bad decisions etc etc

Honestly guys i need to do this **** as a lifestyle, not a challenge because i'm markedly better person on it.

The reason my lay count is much lower than it should be is because my logistics are absolute garbage. Aldo I may be overexaggerating a tad. My approach number is more like 400 now that I think about it. But the logistics are terrible. I live like 1.5 hours away from downtown and I live in a small house with my mom. Bummer. But I'm starting to get more creative with logistics

Do something else. The urge will eventually subside.

You have to keep busy, keep your mind occupied. Masturbation is a symptom of laziness and procrastination.

When you feel the "urge", make a mental 15 minute commitment to engage in a different activity: Start cleaning your room for 15 minutes. Go through your fridge and clean and organize it for 15 minutes. Meal prep for 15 minutes. Read a physical book for 15 minutes. Go for a 15 minute walk. Meditate for 15 minutes. Call your mom and banter for 15 minutes. There are countless activities. Utilize a few and switch between them until the urge goes away, and it will go away. Remember: Urges are temporary and you are 100% responsible for how you handle them.

Back to day 1, by way of a bit of an 'experiment'.

Conclusion, life is better when you abstain. Pure and simple. The man who has time to waste on such frivolous activities is not making the most out of life.

Won't be doing that again for a while.

Still in. Thanks to the guitar and school work, I have enough to keep my mind occupied off fap. That's one of the secrets of successful nofap, guys; stay busy! Keep your mind occupied and way the hell away from boredom or lonely thoughts.
