Therein lies your problem. You want sex, which requires a woman; you want children, which requires a woman to bear them & mother them...but you think women are dumb slvts and have no value.
You don't have the first clue what sort of female to screen for. You think any "dumb slvt" in a tight dress is high value? Hardly. It only appears that way to the truly clueless.
No wonder women with sense steer clear. They can see your attitude coming a mile away.
Would you want a woman who thinks all men are as s h oles and doesn't see any value in a man? NO.
Why would a good woman give you the time of day? You think women are dumb, worthless, weak, and you don't see any value in them.

The problem is that you must have something substantive to offer to good women...because you are competing against EVERYONE for them.
Go read the many threads about what a good woman is and how to qualify a good woman. The information is on here. I would tell you but A.) you won't hear it from me (a chick) and B.) I think you may be whining to whine.
Learn to LOVE women. Men who love women are up to their eyeballs (or their actual balls) in women all the time.
