You lost over a million bucks in 3 years? Man you must suck with money. How the hell is it that you can get that great a head start in finances and just lose it all that fast? Either you are bullishitting or you just suck with money that badly.

And you said you went bankrupt, which means that you OWED money that your broke ass couldn't pay off. Bigneil, the man who went from being >$1,000,000 to a negative net worth. Shoot, if I had that right now I'd be able to do much more with it than lose it all and be balls deep in debt 3 years later. I'm 18 and have the common sense that took you 46 years to have. What do you have to at for yourself?
Wow. Didn't you graduate high school? You're lucky you're not white or you'd never be in college.

Seriously, are you that bad at math? 40% of $10M is $4M. It's called equity. So I didn't lose $1M in three years, I lost $4M million overnight. The dot com crash wiped out one Trillion in such equity. Sort of like the housing crash in 2008. The IRS however still taxed me on it, so I owed $65,000 and had to go bankrupt (sort of how another businessman you hate named Donald Trump had to do a few times). Thankfully, I managed to keep the intellectual property which is currently my cash cow. I used it to create jobs for people. And I developed these things you don't have yet called skills. I since paid way more than the $65K back in taxes. That's why we have bankruptcy protection. Otherwise people would never take any risks to start businesses (which is exactly what SJW Socialists like you want).

Don't worry ImTheDoubleGreatest, the state will keep taking my money and giving it to you because you're not white. The sad part is, no employer will ever know whether you succeeded because of being a hard worker (you're not) or because of equal opportunity hand outs.

I'll let you have the last word seeing that you get updates on your free Obamaphone that I helped pay for, because God forbid people with no jobs not be online.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

So you lost millions overnight because you were too stupid to foresee the crash coming. Got it. Anything that increases that much in that short amount of time is bound to crash. You should have learned that from history during the 20s. You really just love to make yourself look more and more stupid hahahaha

Would going to a finance forum aid me in getting into the start of this lifestyle or is there enough wealthy individuals here who know the secret without trying to sell it to me?

Because I have had tons of people do that to me already.

There are little to none get rich quick schemes. Or at least I never found them. In my opinion you want to start your own business Just remember, you gotta pay the cost to be the boss though. Late hours, hard work, ignorant employees that do not share your vision, stress, deadlines, paperwork, government interference, taxes, regulations, fines, fees attorneys on retainer etc... everyday all day. depending on the field you choose. You have to make a choice no one here can make it for you.

Depending on your level of education and or street smarts and gumption will determine if you will sink or swim with the sharks. The richest man I know never graduated from junior high school he has an 8 grade education. The second richest man I know graduated from Harvard my old boss before I did my own thing. If you saw them on the street you would not know they were billionaires unless they invited you aboard their yachts. Both have natural game and similar mannerisms when it comes to dealing with people.

If I had it to do all over again I would go straight from high school cut out the 4 years of partys at college and intern in a field that interests me and get on with them or get into a trade. Then learn as much about that field and see what is lacking or could help that field while saving all the money I made there for 4 years. Then when all your friends are graduating with student debt you have saved up thousands of dollars to start your own business. Experience is the mother of all teachers.

"So hun, what did you do last night?"

"I sent emotionally charged messages back and forth with some guy on a seduction forum."

"....huh?"

"No no it's okay, it's about seducing women. It's not gay...but he's gonna feel pretty gay when I rip him a new one with this new message. Cliiiiiiiiick."

I think I live in the wrong place to start a successful business with no know-how. There's untapped opportunities and options on the rez here, but I don't think you can start an energy company with 200 dollars and no contacts. Same thing with chain restaurants (the owner of one here literally lives in ND and only visits sometimes as it basically runs itself). I don't care how hard I will have to work as long as I'm not slaving away at less than $11/hr, because then I'd be better off just dumping my time at Costco or another Gas Station.

I'm not sure how it operates on the Rez but I assume starting any business without know-how anywhere is asking for trouble. How does it work on the Rez? Can you go get a job in the oil fields for 30$ hour if you wanted? Are there any restrictions to you there?

From my experience is that women love a successful man.

Successful doesn't always mean rich.

Some women value a man who has a fat wallet and thus are attracted to that.

Some women value a man who is passionate about what he does and thus are attracted to that.

Don't be worried about how much money you have, just don't be a boring human being and you'll be fine.

I been noticing some posters on here talking about how "money" is like the only way to get girls or something. So, let me ask you. How many of these women actually "Like" you and arent just using you for your money. And if you are pulling chicks cause you got money.. Is that how you measure your success? Money + Women = Happiness?

In my opinion, as long as a guy has a job, car, independent, takes care of himself ect. Isnt that about all you need.

What is the thought process on this...
No one ever said MONEY is the only way to get girls. I've always said it gives you way more options? Do you not like having more options?

If a girl only likes you for money, its not really an issue unless you marry her. A lot of times I only like girls for their HOT body and great sex, so its no big deal to me.

When I became interested in finances I read a bunch of books on the subject to educate myself. I read books on investing, retiring early, the " think rich" type of books, everything I could get my hands on. Plus I talked to people with similar goals.

Remember how most guys are:

1) Get totally lucky to meet anyone, ever.
2) Fall head over heels with any girl who so much as touches his shoulder.
3) Lay down the law about how she's not allowed to see anyone else or she's a cheating ho bag.
4) Text her nice messages all day, every day.
5) Be the first to text after a date.
6) Be the first to say good morning.
7) Be the first to say good night before bed.
8) TOTALLY NEED her, or else cry.
9) Marry her and/or get dumped.
10) Say she has BPD and that it was actually her mental illness that was the problem.

A better way is:

1) Show her a good time (easy when you can afford dinner and plane tickets and hotels).
2) Get her chasing you.
3) Stay as long as she is chasing you and providing enough sex that you have a good time.
4) Always be pursuing other women.
5) Never get married.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Do you have any recommendations that aren't "HERES THE BIG $120.00 SECRET...JUST DO IT"?

Unfortunately there was no secret with me. I was fortunate enough to get into a career with a good wage (and when I say fortunate, I mean I worked toward it, and worked very hard sometimes). I had a certain amount of disposable income.

At a certain point I set a goal for myself, and set about saving and investing, doing whatever I could to maximize it. That's what I chose to spend my money on, while still living a comfortable lifestyle.

Here are my tips if you want them:
1) Invest EARLY in life, invest BIG, and invest SMART. You'll have to figure out how to do that last part, I made my share of mistakes. Time x interest = money.
2) Keep your eyes open for your opportunities. I believe each person has his own unique set of opportunities that present themselves, you have to figure out how to make the most of your own situation and abilities.

I'm guessing Guru would probably call #2 piker thinking, and say make your own opportunities. There's some truth to that, but he has his own set of skills and opportunities, and I have mine.

Look at your world, analyze it, and learn what you can do to take advantage of it. Hope that makes some sense to you. I bet if you look at the people on here with money, they all made it in different ways.

The above is exactly what I did. That and refusal to quit on myself is what did it. I agree we all have our opportunities. What needs are going unmet on the Rez? How can you meet those needs? It's generally simple. But simple may not mean easy.

I would say the women who come with you for the plane travels and the expensive **** are the ones I would like to stay as far away as possible even if I had money. Not that I don't have money, but I never got the point of showing a woman a good time with my money while she offers me a vagina only. I mean, you don't go around showing a super good and expensive time to any cheap monkey you find on the streets of the city. If I am gonna spend money on you, you gonna first show me that you like me for me, not because of my money. Of course, I will repeat, I am not expecting myself to be completely broke and without a passion/talent/drive and to still have women want me a lot (although they want those kind of guys as well nowadays, apparently), but I think having a drive, working towards sth in life and being able to go out without tightening your wallet is OK for most women. If anyone wants the golddigers, you can have them, take them. I wouldn't take those shallow and empty women even if they offered themselves for free.

You can get women if you are of modest means. I have enough money. Do I broadcast it to the women I date? No...I don't want a gold digger or a woman I have to spend a lot of money on. I have a couple of **** buddies that come over once a week and I spend exactly 0 dollars on them. They just want to be f ucked.

I have a wealthy woman that wants to lock me down. I think I'm going to dump her because I don't want to be locked down. I think you just have to be well dressed and have a decent car and good game to get women. Good hygiene and personality go a long way in getting women. Plus good looks help in the equation.

As long as you have a decent income I wouldn't worry about it. If you are a broke ass then I might say that you are at a disadvantage.

Correct when we married. He owned a high end nightclub when we were dating & got married. However that plan was short lived. I already out earned him when we married. After his partner screwed him out of his business and he owed God and everyone money I paid all the debts off with my income (the debts were substantial) and I was the single breadwinner for more than a dozen years. I supported him, me and our kids with a solid 6 figure income while he became fat, complacent & lazy.

While supporting all that I created additional passive income to buy my freedom.

I realized if I didn't figure something out I would never be able to quit trading time for money (I am highly paid but you can only sell so many hours), so like Zekko I began reserving substantial capital to purchase assets that create passive income. As I got a chunk of money I bought assets, when I got more capital set aside I did it again. Over a decade I replaced my income completely (that means I doubled my income), which further accelerated my ability to grow my businesses. Now I have serious passive income and I can pick and choose to take on clients as it suits me.

After 15 years of BS & broken promises I divorced him. I was very lucky my assets were not forced into sale or divided because the income production would have been wrecked. That income is paying for braces, college (both for 3 children) and his and my retirement. He knew that so he didn't fight about it. We set up our own agreement with consultation from a retired judge and got divorced for less than 2K.

I fully support the kids, him (well he did finally go back to work), and I am gifting him a home a little each year and plan this year to buy him a nice car he has his eye on.

While we were married (toward the end) I also backed him a another business and building. It too failed, but he was able to sell it and break mostly even. I stayed out of operations and let him do his thing. Once again I paid his liabilities. He's simply not a man with enough self-discipline to be self employed. Some people aren't. He was upset and down about the club back when all that happened but also life was cushy in the marriage so he was unmotivated to work after the business dealings went south.

Both his endeavors got into the red because of serious mismanagement, but at the nightclub he had a 50% partner who was 10 times worse with money than he is...so that guy always got the blame. I've since realized he still cannot balance a checkbook, constantly bounces checks, gets his utilities cut off all the time, etc. But he is a sweet talker and a very likable person so he influenced people (including me).

Funny enough he ought to be in sales which he says he hates. But to make money in sales you have to hustle. He is allergic to hustle and does better in a structured environment with a schedule and a boss.

Meanwhile the financial assets are protected from him frittering them away, mismanaging them or encumbering them. I know how to manage money and will do so for everyone's benefit and support. This is the commitment I made to him in exchange for keeping the assets. We did it on trust. He has my word and my word is good.

My story is on here in various places. I wish it had been easier sometimes but I picked him from a field of many men who turns out had their lives better together. Oh well. I picked him and that's on me. We get on well and our children reap great benefit from our amicable arrangement.

If only it had been marry a bar owner and live happily ever after. I've no idea what that would be like  but life is just great now anyway :)

"Money cannot buy peace of mind. It cannot heal fractured relationships, or build meaining into a life that has none"

People think getting tons of money is suddenly going to make their life worth living. I got news for you, if you need to be wealthy to have a life worth living you are living all wrong.

Ironic the people with the most money are the ones giving it away.
