See my previous post about the increasing returns of putting on muscle with height in this thread.

Getting there is much more difficult when you're tall and skinny but trust me. 6' 1 AND jacked AND wealthy (from what I remeber you make a fair bit of dollar) is beyond GOD mode.
We tend say if I were just "taller," "smarter," "richer," " more handsome," "fitter," etc.

The greater I become the more the following resonates: "Gods" get rejected too, but the pool of available hotter women is bigger, and comes with greater ease.

I started working out 5 months ago today. I can now get to my 6am workout on the minute accuracy (like I used to be showing up to work).

I noticed in the mirror today my shoulders are wider and I'm in proportion to my trainer.

Joke of the day.
Btw Neil, I tried your photofeeler. My best pic got a 82% with 80 votes, so maybe I'm not the 9 I think I was. :D

You're better looking than me. My best solo photo was 69 (to be fair, some of her photos score as low as 25 so it's about the photo more than the person), though that was before I started working out. Getting 99 is not easy. In fact, I scheduled her next photo shoot for her next ovulation given how much better the ratings were when she ovulated (in blue) versus red (9 days later). Yellow Star Trek photos available in 2 weeks.

I actually appreciate it, though I did doubt myself for a minute. And then I woke up remembering the two models I'm seeing this weekend.;)

If I am an OLD assassin at 82%, now I going to amp it up with professional shots until I get the 99%.

A huge part is cropping and lighting. The same photo goes from 83 to 99 often with cropping, including the best photo I took.

I have been training like crazy over the last couple of years or so, and developed some good size and defenition..

What has really surprised me, is the amount of looks I am getting recently when I am out and about..

Woman didn't even used to notice me before.. but recently I have found they are more than just glancing at me, even when out with her boyfriend..

Plus guys notice you a hell of alot.. dudes are always sizing you up, and the amount of respect you get is amazing..

I tell you its a serious ego boost.. especially if you have recently come out of a relationship that has damaged your self esteem..

Hit those weighs guys.. lift like crazy.. i promise you will feel so much better!!
Dude, I disagreed with you on a post in the other dumped thread. I could not agree with you more @soulforge with your narrative in this one. I too notice it. Hugely. I'm quite naturally muscular but let the weights go in the last few years in favor of running and biking so the muscularity and definition drifted off a bit. I've started heavy weights again in the last month and have stacked on the muscle mass AND lost weight as a result. The difference it makes in terms of women noticing this in everyday life situations is amazing. My girlfriend is MUCH more into me as well. And if you think about it, that is what nature intends. Women want to be with a strong, protective and attractive man.

Hit them weights dude and keep at it. I'd suggest to anyone reading this forum that this is one of the most important things you can do to increase your appeal to women and to build your own self confidence and sense of self-worth. This is not shallow or hollow. This is deep seated genetics at work.

I concur this... don't just do it for the ego boost.. or the woman.. do it for yourself..

If your feeling down, depressed or need some focus in your life.. then bodybuilding is your cure!

You will become stronger physically, and more importantly it will strengthen you mentally..

I thought all this talk of weights and weight training to look better was just a bunch of juvenile nonsense. I could not have been further from the truth; it gives you a renewed focus in your life, especially if got dumped (as I was last year), is good for your mind and spirit, it is good for you physically (as long as you are not on drugs) AND makes you look so much better to other people. It's a winner all round.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

How did you feel about getting dumped last year? You over it?

And how much do you think training and lifting helped you through the break up period??

Two ways to get over "it":

1) A lot of time, which is your most valuable resource;

2) Find someone better, or, in some cases, find many better, consistently.

If you are still not over "it," this would be an indication that you still have much improving to do upon yourself to attract those you seek.

One consistent in my life, no matter how old I get: I always do better. Because I am always getting better.

I was upset for several months and thought of little else. Just like everyone else - rejection breeds obsession. I ran and biked a lot. I met another woman four months later and still with her and we are great together and we love each other - been together nearly a year. We go to the gym together a lot. And I train on my own a lot as well. I am not so "easy" as I once was. Not so willing and available. I feel good now and thanks for asking. But still think bout the ex now and again.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

I started with a serious mindset 2 weeks ago

I wish I had started years ago
Dude, you started just in time. What was meant to happen has now happened and it started two weeks ago. Forget all that came before. So here you are. Make use of it. Now you are empowered and the day has dawned in the new you so embrace every second of it and what it will bring you.

Yep.

I'm 5 foot, 6.75 inches (I round up to 5'7). I am below average height.

I was a bicycle commuter for almost 2 years. Got down to 140 lbs. Ripped abs, mediocre size. Then I started Stronglifts 5X5.

2 years later - 160 lbs, 8-9% body fat. 250 / 315 / 405 for bench / squat/ deadlift max.

At a paltry 5'7, 160, my frame is athletic with a defined V-taper. It's noticeable through my clothes. I resemble a scaled down fitness model. It's quite amusing seeing taller men move out of the way and act extra polite. The level of submission from women even the same height or taller than me is noticeable. Women now go out of their way to compliment my looks.

Gents, get your asses in the gym. If I'm 5'7 and can get this much attention, imagine what a taller men can get. Get in the gym, now.

Same situation here man.. I am also 5ft7 but I have a solid build..

big arms, chest, shoulders etc... my colleagues at work refer to me as BIG MAN even tho I am only 5ft7

when I leave the gym, with a serious pump.. I have many much taller guys looking at me, wishing they had a good physique.

I am also getting a lot of stares from females, even when they have there boyfriend by there side..

people will generally avoid fukin with you..
