Legally, she cannot give consent because she is not in the right state of mind to give consent while you are. This is technically taking advantage over somebody that cannot give full consent which is indeed rape if you are sober. If y'all are both drunk then technically both of yall cannot give consent, but there's a lot of grey area in that matter. Either way, you're dumb mgtow/red pill logic can land you in jail with a rape charge. If a girl accuses you rape and you were sober then you have a mountain to climb to win that case based on that fact alone. If you don't drink there's other ways to meet girls that doesn't involve alcoholic venues. Unlessss, you're full intention is to rape drunk girls....

Well this seems to have gone a bit sideways overnight

My mate was accused of rape in Australia. Apparently there you are very much guilty until proven innocent.

Both were completely sober at the time. She fabricated the whole thing to placate the boyfriend/lover/neighbour that she was also screwing and saw my mate coming out of her house. Of course she dropped the charges when the texts were presented, showing her begging my mate to come round to her house and bang her. Still cost my mate 10K in legal fees and a fair amount of dignity. She, of course, remains free to walk the streets.

The point being, if at least one person is sober, surely a 'rape' is actually less likely to happen, unless of course the guy is a complete cnut and actually does rape her. As @fastlife says, there is zero merit in associating with and banging drunk girls.

The thread isn't about banging drunk girls; it's about me being sober enough not to keep fcking up with sober girls.

I can't count how many times I fvcked up seducing a woman because I was too fvcking sloshed. I also realised I was fvcking it up while I was drunk as well. In the morning, I would kick myself for being too goddam wasted.

My policy is one drink. It'll loosen me up just a little bit, but I retain my self-control. Sober game is fantastic because you really do remain in control.

As a side note, I find heavily intoxicated women unappealing. Other guys will take advantage of it, but I won't. I'll let them have her while I go for a woman I can seduce who will still be interested in the morning.

Right on. Blondie on Friday was doing really well for herself until she'd had too much, or it got too late, or both. She just kept going on about how she wanted to stay out and make the most of her weekend in the city. Over the course of half an hour she went from sexy to unattractive.
