the reason i haven't been around is that I have been back home trying to put a wrap to this.

AT the end of the day, I knew I had one thing in my brothers' favor despite everything else... The girl is a **** up lol. if you leave a **** up alone for a long enough time, they will **** up lol. And **** up ,she did lol.


She had already been arrested in december for shop lifting. She got arrested DAYS after she managed to escape the whole oredeal with my brother without so much as a warning , for possession with intent . like she was in booking when I was bailing my brother out lol.


then, she goes and gets arrested AGAIN for failure to appear and something else, no bond for her this time.

so the first time the lawtyer talks to the procefturer he's all high and mighty and **** and wants y brother to pled to possession and to do some time for battery. .talking about how hitting women is wrong and ****.

So then he comes back to us in aprill when she gets arrested and h e realizes just how much of a crock of **** the entire case is and how she's a bull**** artist. Now he's like ookay. we will drop the domestic battery charge if you pled to possession, no jail time, 5 years probaton. I'm like NOT GOOD ENOUGH *****.

so now i know he's sqarming and I fly dwn there abd we all met last week and I say basically look. First and foreost,, THEY AREN'T HIS DRUGS. tehy really ****ig aren't lol. like seriously lol. But more importantlly, you really dont' have any leverage lol. I mean, I will take this to trail in a heart beat and what are you going to do call a witnesss in an orange jump suit, bcause she's such a ****ty criminal she can't even get bail anymore, who is in jail on a DRUG POSSESSION charge and have her say that the drugs that she has been known to use, aren't yours lol at the end of the day it all comes down to calling the attorney's bluff. I mean, he has no case lol. I mean technically yes they were in h is house, but does he really, really want to put in t hat much work for a trail when he knows, when HE knows and h e knows all we have to do is convince one person in the jury that the drugs weren't his? That's a chance we were willing to take and I figured, a chance he wasn't willing to take, and why? what is the point at the end of the day of putting him in jail? he told us at the meeting that he thought my brother was a good kid in a bad spot by a bad woman ,he knows she is't **** he 's talked to her, in jail lol.

so yesterday he just gave up the fight lol and droppped the charges. it just wasn't worth it. AT the end of the day justicre prevails

he ran next door and they called the police and theyu eventually left. he thought he was good to go but they came back again monday night, they sat outside for an hour they had sole his phone when they came saturday so he had no way to call the police eventually the neigboor next door saw them and remembered them and they left. after that he called me and i told him to go get a hotel room for the night and to get on a plane in the morning and get his ass out here.

this ***** needs to die. like not only do you falsey assuse someone of assault then you go in and break into his house and take his **** becuase you think he's an easy mark. i mean how good is the ***** where she got dudes breaking into a dudes house roughing him up for nothing
