Hi Guys

I haven't posted here in probably a year or two, I just thought I would share this experience I had with an ex girlfriend.

I'm going to cut this short as possible because I could go on for hours about this women and all her nonsense, I've posted tons of stories looking for help with her etc.

Backstory: We were on and off, I used to love this chick to death. Every time we got back together she would break up with me, I was very inexperienced at the time, I would be heart broken and pining for months to up to a year and we would get back together the cycle would repeat itself.

So the final time she broke up with me she got with another guy, after about two years they broke up.

Here is how the story unfolded and how I gained a little self respect back:
(The only way I was able to pull this off is probably because I am now with a much hotter and more loyal girl, so my emotions were completely dead to my ex)

- We started texting again, she was quite cold with me but I learned a lot in two years and managed to get her to warm up to me.

- She requested a meet up for coffee, so I obliged her.

- We met up, and we started chatting about our lives and whatever, and she was talking about how she wandered how it would be together if we were together now, and going on about wanting a baby (Insinuating she would want me to be the farther) anyway just general desperate things, a total turn off, inside I was dying of laughter and some kind of sick self fulfillment. She probably thought I was going to jump at the chance to be with her or something like before...

- Anyway come the weekend she requests to go on a date or something along those line, I didn't even reply to her.

Long story short It felt really good rejecting her and gaining a ton of self respect back.

I probably could taken this a lot further like sleeping with her and just leaving her hi and dry, that would have really messed her up lol, but I did and do have a sense of loyalty to my current girlfriend so that was not on the cards.

Anyways, since last I posted my life has improved 10 fold and is only getting better, so thanks I'd like to think some of the posts on here have helped contribute to that a little bit.

Good job but you should cut all contact and communication with her. They always have a way of sucking you back into that black hole. She's history to you. Keep it that way.

So after 2 years of being broken up you did some sort of immature revenge to get "self respect"

You fail as a DJ

Whats more theres a high chance you drop your nuts and try to go back and get played by her in the future.

Grow up and get over the past.

I'm not sure about that. I dislike revenge. She still has considerable power over you, despite being in a new relationship.

Don't allow yourself to go from "nice-guy" to the other extreme of "spiteful-guy".

Pain is more effective when dished out inconsiderately. You are still being considerate with her in the way before. Comes from the same place.

I don't think revenge should be glorified.
WHat happened to Sick Boy?! :(

You say after her 2 year relationship, you two started texting again and she was cold. Does that mean you reached out to her some time after her relationship ended with the other dude? Or did she reach out to you?

Negative use of ones time and resources are typically not worth it in the long run

Self respect is an internal item. You have it or you don't. You do not get 'self respect' from interacting with an Ex.…
There is a good reason why the word Self comes before Respect.

This is the sort of thing that when you actually make it you look back on and think man i was a dumb ass

Paying them out is fun but unfortunately it diminishes you. Too much attachment that is just the way it is.

I disagree with most everyone.

If she fvcked with your head and your life, giving it back is the only way to teach a lesson and provides incredible satisfaction and peace.

Good for you!
Yes, it really did give me quite a lot of peace and sanctification and it had shown me how far I've come. Definitely worth it.

People saying "revenge is bad" or "you fail as a dj".......I don't see any revenge in this story or where you did anything "wrong".

You say you were always back and forth with her........and so you started texting again (which I'm sure you've done a hundred times)

......and you oblige her request to meet up for a coffee......so you chat and catch up and all that and then some days later
she asks you out on a date or something like that......

.....and you reject her. And that feels good because she dumped you before and now thinks she can click her fingers and get you
back...........

....I get where you're coming from as a feeling of satisfaction and a sense of how far you've progressed........going from someone who was probably on their knees with being dumped and played around by a chick to someone who has advanced in game and as a person and has elevated his taste in women........being able to serve back that rejection is a nice feeling.

Again, I don't see any "revenge" in this.

Yup, I have the same opinion. I did identical 5hit to the woman who drove me to this site. The difference is, I did it for FIVE YEARS. I let her take me out, pay for my 5hit, compliment me, and then I'd date other women and enter relationships with them. Wash, rinse, repeat. I've done it to her quite a few times, and I never regret it.

In a way I should be thankful that she ditched my ass way back in 2001, but I'm not thankful for the way the whole thing went down. I generally don't have any harsh feelings for the other women who ended their relationship with me because there was no cruelty. But this bytch did quite a number on me, especially after I worked hard to treat her well. I had some arsehole buzzing my apartment for no reason and doing weird 5hit like talking to my caretaker about me, saying that he was my brother. She tossed a bunch of the stuff I bought for her along with a rough draft of a letter she was writing to some guy she was interested in, and she left it for me to find. She also started accusing me of taking her money, and decided to clean the apartment while I was trying to sleep - after we had broken up. There's lots more that happened that I haven't even mentioned.

I didn't need my fvcking heart dragged through the mud, but she did it anyway. She deserves every bit of what I dished out to her, and all the other garbage that has happened in between. We started dating when she was 15. She's now 36 and she's not aging well. She's a single mom with no man in sight, except for the trash she continues to date. No good man wants her.

It's well fvcking deserved. If the bytch makes her bed with lies, deceit, and pain, she can lie in it and suffer, and I have no problem telling her to go lay down.
