Ok, so does it affect it? How fast would I notice a difference? What difference would I notice with myself? I don't know the exact number where I'm at I was just told I'm deficient in it.Stand outside for 30 minutes more each day with you arms showing so that the sunlight hits it.
If you live in the US, anyone north of a line running from Washington, DC to St. Louis is likely to be deficient because the sun is only strong enough to give us the proper amount of Vitamin D we need in the summer. Most peopel need between 8,000-10,000 IU's to remain at a good level. Vast majority of people are highly deficientStand outside for 30 minutes more each day with you arms showing so that the sunlight hits it.
It's not that straightforward. It depends a lot on the time of year, where you live and how strong the sunlight is. Also how dark your skin is plays a major role as well. People who have dark skin are almost guaranteed to have Vitamin D deficiency because their body absorbs it very poorly as it is a defense mechanism against producing too much Vitamin D as their ancestors were from places like Africa or South America where the sun is extremely strong for many months a year. If it was that straightforward 90% of the US wouldn't be Vitamin D deficientYour body makes vitamin D through sun, and I think it's a pretty simple and straightforward process if you only need around 30 minutes a day. I'd say maybe in a day or 2 or something. I don't know if it affects it, maybe indirectly. Just try getting some extra sun and see if it does.
You don't need to take extra calcium. Everything is already wrongly fortified with Calcium these days and you are already getting 6-8 Times as much calcium as you need.Vitamin D promotes testosterone. Take some calcium ad vitamin D tablets mix (better activated vitamin D -cholecalciferol-) And enjoy.
So you do think that this is the cause of the issue? Vitamin D Deficiency?Vitamin D promotes testosterone. Take some calcium ad vitamin D tablets mix (better activated vitamin D -cholecalciferol-) And enjoy.
Do you think the vitamin d Deficiency is the cause of this? How fast would I notice changes and what would change with my body? You don't need to take extra calcium. Everything is already wrongly fortified with Calcium these days and you are already getting 6-8 Times as much calcium as you need.
Huh? Vitamin D deficiency and taking too much Calcium have nothing to do with each other.Do you think the vitamin d Deficiency is the cause of this? How fast would I notice changes and what would change with my body?
No I'm saying I was told I have vitamin d Deficiency. They didn't say anything to me about calcium, I'm asking do you think the vitamin D deficiency is the cause of the erectile problems?Huh? Vitamin D deficiency and taking too much Calcium have nothing to do with each other.
Vitmain D can be the cause of a lot of problems. Low Vitamin D almost always = low testosterone so it wouldn't be surprising. Then again I feel bad for the youth these dfays...testosterone levels are at epidemic lows now and opnly getting worse...in 20 years, 15 year olds are gonna need to be on TRT.No I'm saying I was told I have vitamin d Deficiency. Ok, how long do you think it would approximately take for me to get back to a good level? I'm just trying to figure out how to fix this lol.Vitmain D can be the cause of a lot of problems. You said you were going to get your testosterone levels checked. Have you had them checked yet? If so what were the results?Does Vitamin D Deficiency affect erections and libido? I'm 20 was just tested and was told I'm deficient.
IIRC calcium increases absorption of vitamin D, which is why they recommend taking them together. You don't need to take extra calcium. Everything is already wrongly fortified with Calcium these days and you are already getting 6-8 Times as much calcium as you need.
As a student in a bilogical major, vitamin D is an anti tumor agent(cancer) and as i recall it has to do with transportation of hormones across the blood stream(t3,t4) look it up thoDoes Vitamin D Deficiency affect erections and libido? I'm 20 was just tested and was told I'm deficient.
