Was currently going NC on my ex who I just broke up with a couple days ago. Been difficult but I haven't responded to any texts or calls. Today she asked if I was intentionally ignoring her, I took a screenshot intended for a friend, ended up sending it right back to her. Wild fires ensued. Still haven't responded but it got me fired up a little bit. Obviously she still cares if she got so worked up over it. Just thinking out loud here, sort of trying to play damage control. Thoughts?

I'm laughing because now she's sending me game of thrones spoilers lol.
We got into it before she went on a trip and I broke it off. She came back and we hooked up but then she said things changed so I just went NC. Now this.

Well just play it off and continue with NC. You accidentally sending a screenshot to her message back to her can actually be better than not.
She just found out I deleted a picture of her and I off IG and basically told me to take care and she's disappointed things didn't work out.

Yup.
If people are truly serious about NC they will not only delete, but block their ex's number as well as all of her social media accounts.
Unless you have kids with her, there is no reason nor benefit to allow your ex to have a platform to reach out and contact you.
Are you expecting her to change? Are you hoping things can be different this time around? What are you holding onto? Rhetorical questions, of course.

This^. OP, I made the mistake one time of not taking an ex out of my phone contacts. When my daughter was 8 she took my phone and texted my ex with it. Lesson learned for both of us.
