I usually have a weak grip but at times when my hand is really dry after washing it off it gets better. How do I get a stronger grip?

I used grip trainer "Heavy Grips" from 150-300lbs of resistance. Also you can do hold weight for time using your grip. The "heavy grips" did help, and made nicer looking forearms. They are also great stress relievers during the business day.

Use chalk if your gym allows it, or liquid chalk since it makes less of a mess. Sweaty hands are grip kryptonite.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

In my experience the only way to get a better grip is to lift heavy weights. Deadlifts in particular. But other that increasing strength all over, I have nothing to help. No matter how much I train my forearms, some dude can come along who has natural grip strength and crush me in a handshake if he wanted.

Best bet, if you have weak hands/forearms, is simply to maximize them so you aren't a weakling. But if your wrist/bone structure is small, forget about them ever being a strength.

I do suggest a lot of hanging exercises, they have created cool striations in my forearms. Gives you an illusion of power I guess.

Get "Captains of Crush" grippers....extremely well made and your hands feel like jello afterwards...

Also look into things call FatGripz that slide over DB's and barbells and force your forearms to do a lot more work
