An earlier poster commented about crap being put into the food to intentionally make people unhealthy. I have wondered this for the past few years. There is a cafeteria at my work that puts signs out so you can see the nutrition info in food. They got plain azz jane pork chops that are not breaded, sauced, or otherwise flavored in anything you can taste; 20g of carbs. A serving of scrambled eggs; 9g of carbs. Sliced turkey with 10g of carbs. Don't fvcking tell me these foods are naturally this high in carbs. They still got the old 1970s-80s literature out telling you that you should eat a big plate of pasta with a piece of meat the size of your middle finger tip for a "healthy balanced diet".. Gimme a fvcking break!!
