Yes, the actual felony charge is called "grooming." Talking to an underage girl with the intent to try and fvck her when she's legal is a felony, even if no sex acts ever actually happen. Merely the intent is the crime.

Most are somewhere in the middle of this spectrum due either to education or upbringing; sexual gratification is moderated by other civilizing influences. Take away those other influences [beware writing off all 'socialization' a la 'red-pill' ideology], and the danger is one can slide toward becoming a sociopath/ psychopath, where all that matters is the gratification of self irrespective of the harm you do to others. Until someone gets raped there is no harm done. Therefore, no reason to call someone evil for having a sex drive (which he chose not to act on by the way).

I don't know much about the law. But how could this possibly hold up? If an 18 year old man dates a 17 and 11/12ths year old minor, and they discuss plans to fukk in one month when she's legal, that's a felony? That just doesn't make any sense to me.

Every state is different. Some states still allow close enough relatives to marry. You just have to check the law. In this case, YES where the fvck is their mother?! As well, he is an adult man whom s shaping these children so that they will spread their legs when they are 18. No grown man should be doing that, the adult simply knows better, and more, than the child. If the situation occurs between two people of about the same age, the maturity level is similar, and that is the difference.

It's part of the modern "get tough on crime" trend toward sex crimes. Any time politicians want to get tough on anything, we end up with a bunch of ridiculous laws. The age of consent is 17 in my state, but the Federal age of consent to take naked pics is 18. So literally, I can fvck a 17 y/o; I just can't take any pics of it happening, or that would be a felony.

Grooming charges are often thrown at teachers who have inappropriate relations with students, but stop short of having sex with them.
