A 32" waist on a guy 6'5" will make him look like a bean pole. I'd shoot for 34ish and go for 34x34 pants
Yes, girls used to say "You look TOO skinny" when I hit 31 or 32 inch waist around age 30.

It'll be the chest and back that shows his size. The waist is just a display of how FIT he is for such a big guy.
Indeed they say the #1 indication of attractiveness for men is the ratio of the V-back. 45 inch chest and 34 inch waist is close to ideal ratio.

Your a little taller, put it to about 48" with 32" waist. Dominant and fit.

I completed 3 weeks (10 workouts) with my physical trainer and he redid my measurements.

I already went from 47/37 to 48/36 in the shoulders/waist. That's a huge difference in the 'V' ratio, and basically on average makes a man 5% more attractive. That's a half a point in the 1-10 scale.

Consider that my date last week, when I took my shirt off, immediately said "your shoulders are wider and your waist is smaller". Women can detect a 2% change instantly.

Keep going. In 3-6 weeks your waist will likely be 34" or so and harder all over.

Today I finished my fourth week. I'm seeing real dividends with some girls I know. Several girls have told me my face is thinner. This makes a huge difference.

Bartenders where I have hung out for 6 months are coming over and putting their chin on both hands and staring into my eyes and saying "So... how is the weather?" This happened with two different girls on two days.

I highly recommend hiring a physical trainer to anyone who wants more women.

This weekend, on both nights, I had a pretty lady approach me at the bar and ask me if I'd like to join her and her friends at their table. Their ages were 38 and 40 but still (that is 6-8 years my junior).

Meanwhile, several people have commented on how much weight I've lost.

I will plan to work out for the rest of my life.

It's happened to me several times in my life, particularly since age 25: I gain weight in my face and for whatever reason I can't see it. Then, when I burn off the layer of fat entombing me, I find women coming out of the woodwork.

Once we get fat, we lose a certain specular shine on our skin due to toxins stored in the fat. Also, we get a double chin and the same expressions that used to look sexy now look silly. I've seen this happen in the most gorgeous women also. After we burn off the fat, at first we will look gaunt with dark circles, but a day or two later (when the toxins are filtered from our blood) suddenly the "glow" returns. In general, this shiny glow is what people refer to as beautiful.

How many of you are right on the edge of amazing success with women, but you haven't been able to "burn off the layer"?

It's hard to believe this, but remember: if women aren't approaching you and declaring their romantic interest, you aren't where you want to be.

Lol, what is that supposed to be? The female version of "Who cheats more, men or women"?

As we've discussed before, diet is huge too; as important as exercise.

Strip out junk, ready meals (even the so-called 'healthy' ones) and sugar especially and you'll look and feel much healthier too. I've halfheartedly done a bit of detox this new year and even the minor changes have shown untold benefits.

Particularly detoxing the guts with al dente veg and the kidneys with fresh herbal and citrus tea has definitely helped.

I eat about 10 carbs a day mostly deli meat rolled up in cheese,I have lost 100 lbs since my divorce 2 years ago (that b!tch was trying to kill me).I also speed walk 5 miles a day and weight train.I always thought a personal trainer was a waste of money when I can just do it myself.

Yeah, seems like some people need someone else to woop their a55!!

Or maybe, it's the objective perspective, the personal trainer offers?

Don't think I'd use a trainer either, but I can see how it could help with motivation down the stretch, along with technique, spotting, progression and the like.

What else could motivate me to show up at the gym at 6am more than knowing Lou Gossett Junior will kick my as-s? What else would force me to bust my as-s for 60 straight minutes when I want to be asleep?

Personally, gym is a chore for me as well. But a necessary evil for sports conditioning, physique etc. So those are my own motivations, which I appreciate not everyone has.
