Why bother asking others what their results are when you aren't open to results that don't support your preconceived notions about it? Sorry buddy, but that's how scientific research works. You have to be open to accepting the data that doesn't support your hypothesis along with the rest.
Is 9 days long enough to provide an accurate sample in this "scientific research"

You haven't even done the full challenge, if you did the 30 days then you had those results then cool but 9 days is a poor effort my friend.

Day 1. I know nofap works because I jacked 1x daily M-W this week and I feel like my confidence is the lowest its been in months.

I have to recover and get my act together...fast.

Here's what's been out of whack:

-Got a "D" on my last quiz that will knock my grade down to a B. :mad:
-I've been getting clingy/needy with a potential plate. Messaged more than I should this week and most likely knocked a few points down in IL. Bad mojo.
-Less motivated to go through with an important plan.
-Staying up later again than I want to.
-Can't focus or study very long, poor attention span.
-Eye contact hasn't been strong.
-Feeling more anxious in general.

I don't know if it's all related to what I did M-W, but I need to gain back the confidence I fought so hard to regain this year. I usually laugh at WikiHow links, but the advice in this page was actually good... "How to Stop Being Needy"

The best line is at the end:

"Neediness can be a vicious cycle. You seek attention, the person [plate] gets spooked and pushes you away, you feel worse about yourself, and you're even needier the next time around. Recognize it and change it."

and this:

I have noticed that even if you (I) fail after a few days, those few days abstinence bring some benefit; like t-levels are already restored to a level that one failure won't make a huge difference.

The biggest detriment for me happens when I fail on consecutive days - therefore t-levels drained too far in a short space of time. Earlier in the year I managed to cut down to once per week (on the same day each week, like a Sunday, when nothing much happens anyway). All the benefits remained, while staving off thirst and agitation of complete abstinence. If you manage 4/5/6 days abstinence each week I think the same benefits remain as for a complete cold turkey. Eventually might cut down or stop completely.

Indeed. When I fap after being on a no fap spree for a certain period of time , I feel fine. But , I know that if I go it 3 days in a row, im fvcked.

I believe it can postpone the urge to fap for a while but I'm not sure. There was guy in an older nofap post here in ss and he said it can enchase your testo or something. I could never make it anyway because once i start faping while watching porn , is already too late.

Day 3 now and i feel the positive effects to show up little by little. Let's see.

Went home and deliberately immersed in porn for an hour at lunch. One of the vids got me close to breaking my streak but I held out. Have a ton of energy from it, at least right now I do.

I've failed almost every three to five days throughout November. Currently day three. Starting to get fidgety again. Need to push through and actually stick it out for the last couple of weeks until December. It's a weird combination of mental restlessness, hornyness, and surplus physical energy.

I will start honing and storing up the excess energy and convert it to exercise, sport and attracting women. A girl recently told me she never realised how deep my voice is; suggesting it probably has got deeper, since I fap less often.

Fapped three times on Sunday.

Then again on Monday.

Tuesday had a plate round during the day and jizzed twice. Went on a date with a new chick that evening, brought her back to mine and smashed. Jizzed once.

Now it's Wednesday and I'm about to get ready to fap again. Expect to meet plates again this week and will be heading out Saturday with the boys on the pull.

So either I'm a sex addict (which I'm not) or fapping shouldn't have any significant impact on a red-blooded males desire or ability to get laid.

Most in this thread would be best served hitting the gym...that will do far more for your confidence, sex drive and persistence then no fap. Failing that, get your T levels checked. Serious.

I'm on day 11 after coming, pun intended, dangerously close to a lunch time fap today. I always feel like my d*ck is, on average, bigger when I don't fap. Maybe because it's half awake all the time.
